Unfortunately, they were having technical issues and held my money for 5 days, but I called constantly and they were very polite and apologetic about the situation. I will use their machine again as it was the most customer friendly machine I have found.
This platform is absolutely terrible!! I have been trying to make a transaction for 3 days with no success. With no way to remove my money from the platform is another huge issue. Holding people's money captive should be a crime. I have written to this company 5+ times asking them to fix the problem of the platform not completing transactions and I get nothing back / no replies from anyone. I would never recommend using this platform because it is unreliable and there is no one to help you fix the problem either. Terrible business making on their behalf.
It is very easy and quick to deposit money and hence buy bitcoin.

This is a great app, I used it for the first time and was impressed with the easy to use and the fast the Bitcoin goes into your wallet once you find your account. Cvs cashiers know what to do when you bring them the barcode. Sometimes there are glitches but once you communicate them to the reps, they get resolved pretty fast. I strongly recommend the app. App fees are not bad.

I added money 2 times. The first time I added money the money went right to the account. The second time I added money it said pending for over 24 hours and still haven’t received the money on the website. So how do I get money to finish pending?

Very annoying experience. The process was straightforward. Being spam texted by unknown numbers after my first transaction is what did it for me. I don’t know who my information was shared with but do not use.
Urgent Issue – Cash Deposit Still Pending (Transaction ID: qCCvgh) Today has been a very frustrating day with CryptoDispensers. I made two separate $500 cash deposits at a nearby CVS store. One of the deposits was processed instantly, but the second $500 deposit has been pending for over 7 hours now. This delay is extremely disappointing. I’ve already had serious issues with the store where the deposit was made, but all they advised was to contact CryptoDispensers directly. Unfortunately, all my attempts to reach your support team have been unsuccessful so far. This is causing me a lot of stress and inconvenience. I need this resolved as soon as possible. My experience has been great with crypto dispensers when I buy cryptocurrency I do not have any issues and when I transfer them to another wallet address they're they're accurately and quickly
Nice machine in a clean location! Easy to use! I did have some difficulty getting bitcoin the bitcoin in my account but it was achieved with the help of the first person I talked to by phone and then online! We’re very nice and polite!
