"On September 26, I emailed DaVinci AI’s support team and explicitly requested the deletion of my account because I no longer use or need the service. Despite this request, I was charged 29.99 on October 3. I contacted support immediately, provided evidence of my earlier account deletion request, and asked for a refund. However, they refused, stating only that I did not meet their refund eligibility criteria. Their own Refund Policy states that a website subscription may be cancelled by contacting support at least 24 hours before the next billing date. I contacted them seven days before the charge and clearly communicated that I wanted my account and access to the service terminated. I have not used the service since the renewal. I have requested that the matter be escalated to a supervisor. I hope DaVinci AI and HubX will review the evidence, refund the charge, and confirm the permanent cancellation of my subscription and deletion of my account. I will update this review if the issue is resolved."

Maybe, I haven't used it long enough to discover that. I have seen videos on YouTube, that others have created which look incredible and I want to be able to do that."
