In my experience (and echoed by many others), the only mild drawback is the delivery time — it could be a bit faster. But considering the exceptional quality and level of customer care, that delay didn’t diminish my satisfaction. Everything about the entire process was positive. The only two glitches I had was loading the artwork (user error) and making sure I got replicated discs instead of CDr’s. I didn’t see an option for that in the quote process - I thought it was automatic for orders of 300 or more. But a representative fixed the issue over the phone - she was awesome! The results are a great quality, professional package that I’m proud of.

I've ordered from Discmakers before, but this time was pretty easy. The ordering process online walked you through all the options, and uploading music and artwork was easy enough. My chief complaint is that they wouldn't even try to ship to Alaska, where I needed all of my stuff sent. Their shipping calculator on their site actually quoted me over $5,000 in shipping costs alone. The shipping company they used ships to Alaska every day. I get packages from them all the time. Huge disruption in our plan. Had everything shipped to the lower 48, then packed the vinyl and CDs in our luggage to fly back to AK.
