"15 years with Drake Software. Easy to use, always happy. Their new auto enrollment and refusal to refund what you didn't intend to purchase makes me a past customer. Will never do business with Drake again. Feels like I lost a partner. Steph Doyle Charged for Drake Portals 3 weeks before they "Auto" signed me up for auto renewal. Notified of auto renewal only after they charge d my card. Spent 3 weeks and a dozen phone calls trying to get a refund. Had to dispute the charge on my credit card. This is no way to do business with your customers. Won't spend another minute on the phone with Drake. Unfortunate since I really like the tax software. Not renewing the tax software for next year. They lost $3,000 for not refunding $300. Business sense?"

"I have used Drake software for 15 years. The 2025 Drake software had so many errors! I had to verify almost 200 Utah returns and amend 100 Utah returns! That is absolutely unacceptable! All of the time I spend verifying, amending and notifying clients about their returns and I was told I would not receive any compensation for Drake's errors!"
