as low as only on email communication from easy crypto, and when I sent them below email they just ignored and no reply Hi Cahan I have now provided all the information and screenshots you requested in your previous emails.  Please confirm immediately: 1. When the payment will be released and the exact amount that will be transferred to my account; or 2. If you are still withholding the funds, please provide a written explanation stating the specific reason for the delay and the legal basis under which you are doing so. If you are claiming that this delay is due to AML/KYC requirements, please: Provide a copy or direct reference to your AML/KYC policy that supports holding customer funds and Identify the specific law, regulation, or section you are relying on to justify the withholding; and Provide evidence or an official notice that further verification is legitimately required under that law. As this transaction was accepted and processed more than a week ago, continued withholding of my funds without clear AML justification appears inconsistent with fair trading obligations. Please treat this as a formal written request for immediate settlement or clear legal justification within 24 hours of this email. Please note: This email and all related communications will be kept as formal evidence for legal and regulatory purposes.

I made a payment to Easy Crypto on Saturday using the Account2Account option. It’s now Tuesday, and I still haven’t received my order. with banking reference number D6Y82P D I’ve sent emails and online messages, but there has been no reply at all. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable for a financial service. I am now considering filing a police report for possible fraud/scam investigation. Regarding your reply on trust pilot: What do you mean I didn’t reply? You sent me the email at 7:28 AM, and I replied at 7:57 AM. In fact, you even responded to my review right after sending that same email saying I hadn’t replied. Below is your email to me and my response for your reference. Hi there, ​ We're just checking in on your order as this has been flagged for a quick safety review. To help us process it as quickly as possible, could you please tell us a bit more about your reason for purchasing this crypto and where you're sending it? ​ It looks like you have moved the BTC from earlier orders out of your EC Wallet? Can you please give us clarity around this? ​ Please note that your order has already been processed, and the rate is locked in. ​ If you're dealing with anything related to brokers, jobs, investment advisors, or have installed remote access software such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk, just let us know so we can ensure your account is set up accordingly. I moved the cryptocurrency to my own wallet for security reasons. However, I do not accept a $50 service fee, as your company has not delivered the cryptocurrency to me yet. As a professional exchange, I would expect transactions to be completed instantly, not delayed for several days. This order started five days ago and still has not been completed. Charging a $50 fee for a refund under these circumstances feels unreasonable and unprofessional. At the time of my purchase, the exchange rate was higher; now it is lower, and your delay in processing the transaction has clearly caused me a financial disadvantage. It appears that my funds are being held without proper execution of the trade. Please clarify how much longer you intend to hold my funds. I was previously considering a larger purchase of up to USD 1 million and have already increased my account limit. However, this experience has been disappointing, and I am now seriously considering moving my funds to another country for a better trading experience. I look forward to your prompt resolution. I order the coin 29/09 but haven't received it until now, I emailed everyday for 4days and only AI agent replied that will pass to human agent everytime. However, I haven't got any email from human agent yet. I am so disappointed about easycryto communication process, I am also doubt about future order with easycryto for the trust..

I had an order that was not able to go through, due to an error I had unknowingly made. After checking my history with them and seeing that it was the first time an event like this has happened, the EasyCrypto team worked hard to push my order through. Then they helped me understand where I had made the error, so that I could correct it. They helped me be aware of what their usual procedure is and what would happen next time if I made the same error. I’m very grateful for the team and the kindness and consideration they showed me during this time.

Avoid this company like the plague. They pretend to protect you from scammers, while they ARE the scammers that you need protecting from. They refuse to answer your questions in a detailed manner; keep hiding behind 'regulations' in general and bully you into providing more and more details while everything on the blockchain is open source in any case. They just pry without justifying themselves and threaten you when you start asking questions. If you keep asking questions, they just cut you off and close your account and charge you $50 for a refund! Worst customer service I have seen for a long time. I personally know several other people who have had the same experience. If you see any positive feedback on this company, I am pretty sure it has been generated by a bot, because they are truly awful. Nothing positive to report. They can't even write proper sentences. Just on a power trip.
