The program is still advertised and sold as a “Trauma Healing Coach Certification.” As a coach, I purchased this certification because I wanted to learn practical techniques, methods and tools that I can actually use in my everyday coaching work with people who may have experienced trauma. Instead, the current course feels like one long lecture about what I am supposedly not allowed to do. This is not just an occasional disclaimer or a section explaining the scope of the course. The entire program appears to have been redesigned around restrictions, warnings, disclaimers and constant instructions about what a coach must not do. It even dominates the exercises. Participants are asked to write down what their coaching does not provide and what is outside their role. I purchased it because I wanted to learn something I can actually do. As a working coach, I want useful techniques for communicating with clients, responding appropriately to difficult situations, structuring sessions, supporting clients and expanding my practical coaching toolkit. I do not need to feel like a schoolchild completing exercises designed primarily to make me repeat restrictions and disclaimers. What makes this even more disappointing is that the actual material now calls the program a “Trauma-Informed Wellness Coaching Certification” and explicitly states that it does not teach trauma processing, among other things. For me, the practical value of the revised course has been largely lost. I wanted professional development and applicable coaching techniques. What I received instead feels like a manual of prohibitions and disclaimers. Had the course been presented in this form when I purchased it, I would never have bought it. I have therefore requested a full refund. Absolutely not recommended in its current form."

"I'm only through the first module of the Trauma Coach Course and into the second. There is no video, but there is an AI voice recording of the material. The first test didn't really feel like a test (there is no marking of any quiz in each module, but from what I understand the final exam is what you are graded on.) It's VERY much self-learning, so you should understand your own study habits and be able to motivate yourself to really dive in. I'm finding the exercises complicated based on the info they are giving. It seems I'll have to do a lot of outside-the-course research to understand how to create and practice the exercises. There IS a general forum available where you could ask questions, if you needed to (or search for other students questions.) So far there IS a lot of information here, and I feel I'm understanding the info that is most like what I've already studied in other courses in other places. (biology, brain function, how to talk to people empathetically.) The site itself is organized, easy to navigate."
