"They don’t have clear return policies. Don’t trust on the info that you receive from whatsapp and some expect any kindness to find a solution for any problems to your order. There support operators (specially Ivana) is super rude and impolite and will just tell you that your problem is your problem. I will never try to buy anything from this shop and I enforce to no one else to try it. Awful company and despicable support team."

"I received an order confirmation that all items are in stock and would be shipped immediately. I then received a tracking number from DHL Express to track (I chose the more expensive shipping option so I can track). The package has not arrived and it has been over 3 weeks. Elettronew says that DHL has misplaced it and DHL says that they have not received it in the first place. If you track it, it has not been sent. I have asked Elettronew to send a new delivery and then chase the other package, but I am told that their warehouse is still looking for the package and I cannot get any information."
