"Ordered 24th Sept. Email received and tracking tracking is an American courier. Said delayed about 7 times. How order not valid. Elite uncontactable. No answer to messages, emails or phone calls. Do not go near this company. Dispute raised with my bank."

"Shipping was a bit expensive and slow, but when shipment arrived damaged, Elite tools sent a replacement much faster and at their cost. In my view, stuff happens and it is how a company responds in those situations that demonstrates their commitment to their customers."

"ZERO STARS! I noticed that many stores did not have my item in stock, so I called Elite Metal Tools to make sure they had the tool in stock. They told me they did I would have the machine by next week. I ordered online, and they IMMEDIATELY took the $1039.00 from my credit card. As I just traveled ONE HOUR to Brentwood NH to finish picking up specialty lumber at the yard, that next morning I get an email saying they did not have the item and there was no way in knowing when the manufacturer would have the item. I have the wood for this project, and it is for my daughters birthday. Now I am stuck without the surface planer I wanted to purchase and may go buy another machine I really do not want to keep in my shop. I plan on spending thousands updating three machines this year, and Elite Metal Tools will not be on the list of places to buy even a machine screw."

"I ordered some tools from the Boxing Day sale on Dec 26/23. Part of my order was correct and part was incomplete. I ordered the 18" Incra ruler set of 3 rulers. I received 1. I called them and was told they would call back. They didn't. I called again a few days later. They said again I would get a call back soon from them. No I didn't. I emailed them with no response. I called a 3rd time and the person was very nice and took all of the relevant info. She said someone would get back to me asap. I guess asap means different things to different people. No call back yet. I have ordered tools from them in the past with a good shopping experience. They sell quality tools that aren't available everywhere. I am feeling Ghosted."

"Product arrived in good shape but the customer support at elite tools is non existent. I made a mistake when placing the order and needed to correct it. Website does not allow you to cancel or edit your order and it is impossible to reach anyone at elite tools directly. I left multiple messages with the call center and the order shipped more than 10 days later with no call back."

"I found one of the items (Rockler Interlock State Park template) I planned on purchasing and will purchase at least two more sets when they are back in stock. All sets are very competitively priced (best I could find in Canada). I look forward to purchasing more items on Elitetools.ca. "I placed an order with Elite Tools on November 23, 2023 and a month went by without any status updates. On December 29, 2023 I sent an email to their support asking for an update. There was no response (I even checked my spam folder). I sent another email on Jan. 4, 2024. Still no response. I called on Jan. 5, 2024 and was told someone would get back to me. Nobody did. I sent yet another email on Jan. 11, 2024 asking for my order's status. As of Jan. 16th (coming up to 2 months after I ordered), nobody has responded to me in any way and I have not received my order. Terrible customer service. Stay away from this business."
