"The software has a wide range of features, many of which we have not yet begun to use. It can feel a little overwhelming at first, but that is largely because it is capable of doing so much. Customer support is currently excellent, and we have been very impressed with the help provided. My main concern is what happens next. The decision to move away from the previous price promise and introduce a significant increase following Engager becoming part of the TaxCalc stable is not ideal. More broadly, there is always a risk when an independent product is absorbed into a larger group that future development starts to prioritise what suits the new owner, rather than the wider user base. So, overall, it is a strong product with excellent support, but the jury is still out on whether it will continue to develop in the same user-focused way."

"I would stay away from as they had a price promise for earlier users that they have withdrawn and immediately put up prices by 20%. They can now raise monthly subscriptions whenever by giving 30 days notice. So you will be stuck with them because migration of information has to be done manually. Another rip of Britain company."
