I’ve been waiting for a $1,300 payout since October 2024, and it’s now been a full year with nothing. Every time I contact their support, I get the same copy-and-paste response: “Your ticket has been issued, please be patient.” Even worse, they warned me not to post negative reviews, saying it could delay my payout — which felt like a direct threat. I have screenshots of this. They also pay people to post fake positive reviews and report genuine negative ones to Trustpilot so they get removed. This is completely dishonest and misleading to future customers. I’ve dealt with many prop firms, but this one is by far the most unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid them at all costs.
