Equity Edge disabled my account over the weekend, but their backend server forgot to disable my ghost trade! On Monday, the trade was actively running, accumulating profits, and guess what? The system was efficiently charging me SWAPS and COMMISSIONS on a supposedly "CLOSED" and banned account! How can an account be broken enough to be banned, yet healthy enough to execute trades, book profits, and drain commissions on Monday? This is a severe backend/server synchronization glitch, not a trader violation. Fix your server architecture and restore my account, or keep the commissions of a ghost!"

I reached out to their support team asking for the simplest solution: just correcting the typo in my first name so my account details match my identity documents. Instead of being understanding and helping resolve a minor mistake, they completely refused to cooperate or offer any reasonable solution. "Equity edge seem to be a fairly reliable trading propfirm with beginner friendly prices. Customer support is also great, Jasmine from equity edge was very efficient, quick and straightforward when replying to my ticket which I greatly appreciate. I would recommend going with them for funded accounts especially when starting out. I’m just not sure how reliable they are with the bigger accounts such as 100k accounts and if they will actually pay people out 4-5 figure payouts. But I guess I’ll wait and see."
