"Bought this product about 1 year ago and used it twice. What an absolute load of rubbish. Battery lasts about 10 minutes and it’s does not do what it says . Complete and utter waste of money. Do not be fooled by the advertising. It is a complete waste of time and money. . If you want to remove a few sq meters of weeds it will take you all day and you will need to keep charging 5he battery and that will take forever. Keep away from this rubbish."
"I've been a contractor for 20+ years and I haven't come across a tool like this. Bought it and within 5 mins it began smoking. The battery melted inside of it. CC ant find the receipt so they wouldn't return it. Had to toss it out. There's $260 hard earned dollars down the drain."
"Bought a 20” cordless electric lawn mower from Home depot and the battery stopped charging after a month of use(2x). Although still under warranty(3yrs) from the manufacturer the only way to get a replacement was calling the manufacturer(Ryobi) hoping to get a replacement within 60-90 days if already registered at their web site which is unacceptable. The other option was to buy one at HD for $250,even worse. It shows poor quality items and very poor warranty replacement policy. Will never buy Ryobi again, not recommended!"
