UPDATED 6/1/2025: Regrettably, I must confirm that, as of today, I am still owed over €70 by the credit institution in question. This behavior is disgraceful and can only be described as fraudulent. I sincerely hope justice will prevail to protect customers like me and others who find themselves in similar situations. Despite making two bank transfers, with the amounts accurately calculated on their platform, the institution insisted on demanding an unwarranted payment. They even went so far as to threaten me with reports to the Bank of Italy (BdI) and CRIF. There has been no attempt at collaboration on their part; instead, they have outright denied any wrongdoing. In the end, I felt coerced into paying €70 under pressure and threats. This has left me feeling like a victim of outright fraud. PROS AND CONS OF YOUNITED CREDIT (Based on My Personal Experience) ⚖️🔥 Younited Credit offers a lending service with both strengths and significant drawbacks. Initially, I appreciated their responsiveness: within about a week, I received the loan I had applied for, and my experience was positive up to that point. It’s worth noting that I have always been punctual with my payments, honoring every installment. However, my overall experience turned sour—dramatically negative and, in my view, illegal. The Issue At one point, I made an instant bank transfer to reduce the outstanding loan amount. However, the following month, funds were erroneously and unjustly withdrawn from my account despite my having settled everything correctly. Upon further investigation, it became evident that United Credit had arbitrarily disregarded two properly executed instant transfers made through the intermediary bank, Intesa Sanpaolo. Any issues with the receipt of these payments are entirely unrelated to me as a customer. Despite the payments being intended to close the loan, United Credit falsely claimed that the balance remained unpaid, unjustly accusing me of insolvency. 🛑 Intimidation and Harmful Conduct Instead of resolving the matter, United Credit: 1. Falsely reported my alleged insolvency to the Bank of Italy, damaging my financial reputation. 2. Unlawfully demanded an additional €71.96, which was not owed, even though all payments were completed and verifiable. Actions Taken to Protect Consumer Rights To safeguard my rights and financial standing, I have taken the following steps: • Reported the institution’s misconduct to the Banking Supervision Authority (Bank of Italy) and AGECREDIT, urging them to investigate the company’s improper practices. • Requested compensation for the damages—both moral and material—caused by their reckless and intimidating handling of the situation. • Informed the relevant authorities to ensure that other consumers are protected from similar abuse. A Final Appeal A financial institution should uphold the principles of transparency, integrity, and respect for its customers, especially for those like me who have always met their obligations punctually. I refuse to tolerate threats or intimidation based on unfounded claims. 🚨 I hope this account serves as a warning to both those subjected to such abuses and those who believe they can act against their clients with impunity. The law is clear, and such misconduct cannot be allowed to stand. Justice must prevail. ⚖️"
