"I’ve been mystery shopping for over 4 years and recently had the worst experience using ESA. I did a mystery shop. It took them 9 days to query my report, then another 9 days to decline. (1st declined report in circa 200) I was unable to query their decision as the brief was no longer available- even though briefs for the same business was available at other locations. Still, let’s say I did actually make a mistake - it should not take the best part of 3 weeks to decline it. Appalling service. To prospective new shoppers - There are loads of mystery shopping companies out there, and most provide feedback within 48 hours. Use any others (I use 6 others) before even considering ESA"
"A great mystery shopping 🛍️ company with intriguing and interesting assignments . The staff are very contactable and personable in their natures . The pay for assignments can vary as with all mystery shopping companies. On the developmental side some of the very interesting assignments are low in pay…yet contrarily others are quite reasonable . "At first I was put off because their jobs list tends to get clogged up with two particular jobs/clients that I didn’t want to do. However, once I’d stuck around for a few months I found they do actually have several other types of jobs each month which are more normal. I recommend sticking with them, and in fact they are very contactable and have always got back to me with any queries I’ve had."
