"I recently worked with ETC Tax on some financial matters and I have to say, I had a mixed experience. On the one hand, their help with VAT was fantastic. They were efficient, effective, and really helped me navigate the complexities of that process. However, when it comes to self-assessment returns, I would not recommend their services. I signed an agreement with them and their initial fees were reasonable. But as soon as the tax year ended and there was no new information to review, they suddenly started making up excuses and tried to charge me £7.000 instead of the agreed £2.000. It became clear to me that some people with certain expertise had left their company, and now they were trying to push the bill to their customers."

"Very negligent company. Paid £6,000 to have my taxes filed, a few months later I have seen that the tax calculations were completely wrong!! I provided every single exchange and transaction I made in the year but ETC Tax lost track of significant trades, leaving me with a much bigger tax bill to pay than first expected and put me at a massive risk of receiving a fine from HMRC.
