"I’m writing this in the hope that Companies House will see the feedback. Staff at Companies House are generally polite, however, new changes have caused chaos, not been explained clearly (I often get contradictory info from different staff) and not well planned. Just received an email from Companies House full of contradictions, hypotheticals and confusing jargon. Even after resorting to AI to try to make sense of it the conclusion was that the email was muddled and contradictory. In addition, in a world where technology has come along in strides I was told I ‘may’ need to send photocopies of documents in the post! If changes are to be introduced then for goodness’ sake PLEASE be clear on what needs to happen, make sure your staff understands, and be properly prepared in terms of resources and systems for the change! This has not been the case making changes so much more stressful than they need to be for all concerned!"

"Give I could give it would be zero! After the the last complain the next one continues. After emailing advising the late filing will be due to their incompetence they have now and advising with a time scale that I am still waiting for a authorisation code which was never recieved since requesting it in October 2025 they have sent me a late filing penalty of £150! I was told on calling them this is an auto response from them, and auto goes out regardless of any inside time of communication of emails which they only responded to yesterday threatening me with the mis use of communication act, becuase I had a go at them. I sent the email ‘promise to file’ at the beginning of March 1st to the 3rd and they reply on the 31st March nearly four weeks later! This is out of order, how the hell can his country operate with a system like that? Other countries do not treat their citizens like this more awful."

"First off, please please be aware 5-10days to send out the authentication code is not actually the truth. In reality thats 14days and if you order again at 12days because you have not received it, you reset it again to wait another 14days. I have come to learn this after waiting 12months for this code. I have been unable to launch my business its utterly disgraceful. After speaking to a really good person at companies house he told me that if you re-order at 12days you auto reset and they do not send out the original code you requested previously. Its taken a total of 4weeks to send out the last code i requested i just left it until it turned up. So ther original time frame of 5-10days is absoloute rubbish! Over the last 12months i have lost credability to my business, lost over million pounds of new contracts and now trying to build something caused by companies house's total lack of professionalism. They are utterly useless, be warned!"

"Using the Using your GOV.UK One Login, App download, and verifying ID for a company is a NIGHTMARE... It is far easier to allow the company to be struck off end your business and drain society and live off benefits. Why would a company earning under £250,000 be expected to have time to do this admin and for what benefit is it to the company. Simply follow instructions online, simply download the app, simply do this... Do all this when we're have no time, bogged down as we cannot now afford to employ over 3 staff members due to taxation, we have no time, worked off out feet so the government can pay all our taxes to welfare. This country gives business ZERO incentives. The only INCENTIVES is to watch how easy it is to sit back, have many children, free house, support and drain the working people for more money. Incentive to stop working and go on benefits SKY HIGH. Incentives to work ZERO... It's all wrong, someone make this make sense. All while you bog the workers down with absolute garbage checks like this."
"Companies House now want folk to verify themselves. We are required to use GOV.UK One Login system. This is absolutely terrible! You log into the One Login and the system provides a QCode which you then have to put into the one login App downloaded onto a mobile phone! But the App requires the QCode when opening and the App states the Qcode is not a correct code so wont open so, I cant go any further into the Gov.uk One Log-in website and I cant get in passed the QCode in the APP. Cant go backwards, cant go forwards, tried deleting and reinstalling and makes no difference. Tried getting assistance from GOV.UK one login in staff with no luck, they just refer me back to the App, tried getting help from Companies house and they just refer me to GOV.UK one login. What a total farce, what utter rubbish, and this failure by the Government will impact on my business, not that they care a jot!!"
"Gone from £13 to tell them nothing has changed every year to £34. Do these people wear masks cos they are absolute bandits. Work from home lazy fobs just whacking fees up for stuff we don’t need and get no benefit from whatsoever. A drain on the UK"
