"Bought a set of used DeWalt tools online for 150 euros , still good and pro tools I must add. The seller was kind enough to throw in some unknown to me before 220 v Ferm tools from late 70s , I thought I'll just get rid of it , thought must be trash. But I started using them cose battery driven kept dying on me ( hard wood ,and long work duration) . Saved my ass. I work demolition, cutting 36mm rebar with 800 watts Ferm angle grinder from late 70s for 10 hours straight without hickup."

"ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED HOW GOOD IT IS!! I bought the leaf blower from FERM, and when it arrived in this little box i was like " w t f "!!???.....However i humbly eat my words cos it is literally THE BEST BLOWER FOR ITS SIZE I HAVE EVER USED!! The fact it has a vacum to it also(which i have not used yet) but OMG its perfect for the small garden area i have to get rid of the leaves from the trees im under!...I was totally shocked at how powerful it is! "Good product, good customer service but I cannot understand that this company stops selling the specific cable required to charge the battery. Now I have to throw out a perfectly good functioning drill machine, a perfectly good functioning battery just because the cable is so specific only one fits and they don’t produce it anymore. Why not a more standardized cable for multiple tools?? So much for FERM contribution to the environment, to society and sustainability. A waste of money on top of it. Does not sound like a sound 2024 strategy… how hard can it be, a cable …."

It is shameful that there are those who think only of selling and are not interested in spare parts assistance. certain companies should be banned from European trade. shameful profiteers."

"Bought a ferm strimmer and found that the battery lasted about a minute. Contacted the retailer who, to their credit, sent me another battery and charger. This one lasted just over a minute. I contacted Ferm customer service to enquire if this was a recent problem. The reply was to sort it out with the retailer and ,if the serial number on the batteries was the same, it could be a problem with a set of batteries. I sent back the serial number and asked if they had had any other complaints about this set of batteries. It seemed that they would be more aware than one small retailer. Absolutely no answer from them. Seemingly it is not only a poor product but it is also mirrored by poor customer care. Obviously the last time I buy any of their products."

"I'd like to start by saying thank you. This may be an unusual start to an email and review but I wanted to express my thanks. I'm a keen in crafting and pushing my abilities in my own time. By day I'm a sales consultant but in the evening I like to produce carvings for my daughters. I've always been a dremel user but at huge costs. Yes as you may know as much as dremel say there the best I can confirm this is a false claim. Over the last year I've gone through 3 dremels all larger models. However I have had to constantly change the following, brushes, lock pin and bit clamp. The parts I've often changed the most is the lock pin and the brushes. Which comes at a cost even on ebay. All of the dremels I've used have broken the same way, the brushes melted to the housing and burnt the units out. I'm not using these tools in a way not intended but the quality really isn't good. Then whilst contemplating yet another dremel my wife discovered the Ferm equivalent. When I say the cost I was doubtful to be honest. I never expected it to last a day or two. Well if I wore a hat I'd eat it because its been brilliant. So far I've used it for 2 weeks every evening for 3 hours a time, and it's constant for 3 hrs. The extras are a great addition also, with the telescopic arm and stand. The device itself is very comfortable to use and the locking pin is brilliant. The only criticism I'd offer is a soft rubber band around where your logo is would be a great help in comfort. Other than that I'm truly impressed with this device and will look at your other tools for my outside projects in the summer. Although I tinker in the evenings I also build a lot of wooden structures during the summer for charities to help. So my tools are tested to the maximum.
