Every word that comes out of her mouth is a lie. Her so called manager, Eugene, isn't much better. Have a problem you need answers to...you won't get them to answer the phone. Don't bother leaving a message, you won't get your call returned. I'm still fighting with them for unauthorized charges AFTER I terminated service. Keep your attorney on call if you do fall into their trap. I had to choose one star since there's not a negative choice. Date of experience....the entire time I had them."
