FJP Investment offers investment opportunities to retail investors interested in alternative investments. UK and Overseas property investments available

"I would like to share my experience investing with FJP: 1. At all times through the sales process, I dealt with the UK based company - FJP Investment. However the contract was signed was with another company, FJP Marketing. That FJP Marketing is based in Gibraltar was not made clear to me at the time. When the investment failed, I had a lawyer send a letter claiming that FJP Investment had miss sold the investment. We were informed that FJP Investment is a dormant company and that we would need to take up the matter with FJP Marketing in Gibraltar. Practically speaking, in spite of all the sales activity being in the UK, I have no recourse in UK law. 2. FJP stated that the investment is secure and in a growing market. However in the course of less than 12 months, my investment capital decreased in value by more than 97%. I was also promised dividends in the amount of 10 percent per annum of invested capital for a minimum of 5 years, but these dried up after only 9 months. FJP expressed deep regret at the situation, but provided no evidence of efforts to help recover any of the money. Less than £3 for every £100 invested have been recovered via an insolvency process applied to the company in which the investment was made. 3. Personally I will never undertake an investment again with FJP. I have lost the vast majority of my investment. I wish I could go back to the start and walk away before I signed anything with FJP or the investment which was marketed to me."
"I had a very good experience when buying my property with FJP Investment. They were easy to get hold of, polite and pleasant to talk to and delivered what they said they would do."
"The follow up service has been exemplary. These guys simply get it when it comes to customer service and they are clear leaders in this department. They really go out of there way to help and if i need 1 hour or 3 hours a week of their time, they make it available to me. I like the property deals they show me and i am a big winner from being a client of theirs."

"Ive been inundated with these messages so i thought id play along... the idiot carried on and on so now screenshots are circulating facebook"
"This is not a trustworthy. If something sounds too good to be truth, then it is so. My experience has been unfortunate and I hope this review saves other people money. Their site posts only positive reviews (I doubt that they are real), and even when if I left not so good review - it did not show up."

"Never signed up for their newsletters but they keep sending it - despite having unsubscribed. I will report them to the ico.org.uk hoping they would get huge fine for the data protection breach."
"How can trustpilot have an average of 3 stars when there is only one review before mine and it has 1 star...useless. This company are scammers, beware, they send bogus emails about student flats ( student housing market will crash soon as over-subscribed) Cannabis farms in portugal ( need I say more about this - why will the EU or UK allow huge cannabis farms setting up legally) Hotel rooms for lease ( started in USA, failed in the USA) Bewareof FJP investment as well as Trustpilot"

"I received a spam email from them, which they clearly know was spam as they sent it from an indirect / 3rd party email account. I have no interest in their industry but somehow my email address got onto an unlawful database for their "profession"; I never subscribed to anything in my life and certainly not for UK landlord service related garbage. So, I know fjpinvestment.co.uk bought a database from this nasty unlicensed criminal and that is how they came to spam me. I get spam all the time from people in this low life industry, and they all got their emails from the same unlicensed and illegal email database provider. So you should ask yourself, why I / you would want to do business with fjpinvestment.co.uk if they are bad and desperate to buy from an illegal provider, they clearly are not professionals and have few if any ethics."
