"Horrible customer service, not sure if they shared my information or what but we did everything uploaded everything and then never heard anything from them. We applied at 5 different places that day and received replied from all whether it’s approved or denied we got something but Fora, nothing but crickets. We received funding from a company the next day however I was still puzzled by Fora and their non responsiveness. I gave it a week and then called just to be on hold for over 10 minutes and then they stated someone will get in touch with me but nothing happened. I called few days later to let them know about their horrible customer and unresponsiveness , even if it’s a denial I should receive some type a response. The customer service then proceeded to confirm that our application was denied. What a joke! Thank goodness we did not choose them to proceed with anything else , I don’t even think they reviewed everything , why would our company be approve for all others except this one? Stay far away from them if you”re needing great customer service and reliability!"
