I’ve had insurance with freedom before I had someone reverse into my parked van. It was dealt with within hours. I had a replacement van within a day. I was kept up to date with how everything was going. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Had van insurance through them, all fine until renewal time. Bombarded with emails, texts and phone calls every single day for over 2 weeks. 3 times I told them on the phone that I had renewed elsewhere and didn’t want them ringing me again…next day they ring again!! Stop harassing people and listen to what they tell you!! And in response to your reply - this is a lie!! I answered the phone 3 times, on 3 separate days and told your advisers each time that I had already renewed elsewhere and didn’t want to be rang again - but yet the next day you rang again!!! Again, I will repeat - listen to your customers and stop harnessing them when they are asked you to!!
I spoke to someone called Chloe who was very quick b helpful. Resolved my ongoing issue and I will be continuing my new policy with you guys.

This company offered a decent renewal price in my second year. After bombarding me with phone calls well before renewal time. I told them to give me a call on or around the 4th of Oct for renewal for the 6th Oct. They claim to have tried to phone me on the Friday my phone was on all day so if i was on the phone they didnt call back. It was not a problem probably to me or so i thought because they had sent me a few emails with the renewal notice informing in the writing i could go on my Freedom Brokers portal and renew online. so I did nothing on Saturday and on Sunday went online to renew my van insurance for the year. This turned out to be a massive deception and a lie, after going onto the portal after a short search found the Auto Renew Tab I clicked on it and it said " I could not automatically renew because i paid my insurance annually?" Why that doesnt make sense! So there I am Sunday unable to get in touch with them on the phone because their lines are shut(your phoning South Africa anyway) unable to renew online despite their lying assurance in the email. Unable to drive my van and not being able to drive and take my daughter to Huddersfield College who was upset. Despite trying to pay my renewal on the day which most firms would allow they voided my notice and it was all their fault. Then offered to do a new quote charging £350 more extortion and trickery is what springs to mind. You would be mad to use them.

When a car hit me on a roundabout the best they could do was to offer me a no win no fee deal with a third party solicitor. The solicitor wanted full access to my bank accounts for 3 months, when I asked why they told me that the courtesy car company wanted proof that I couldn’t have paid for the courtesy vehicle myself. What nonsense. Winn Solicitors paperwork wanted me to agree to pay any legal fee which were not covered by compensation. Pfttt. What a joke! Not only was I lied to but who wants to deal with 5 different departments in the event of an accident? I was so stressful that I dropped the claim. I’m still driving around with a dent in my vehicle because that was the only option. I don’t know how this company is getting 4 star reviews!!
