Hi, Legit review. I started trading with FTMO back in January 2024. I was new to trading, all was a learnig curve. Like any new trader we all make mistakes which we learn from. I had one registration with many failed challenges and warnings regarding leverage. I was then put on a 1:5 leverage which they stated would be reviews after 6 months. While trading, I was finding it very difficult to reach the profit targets so I ended up giving up. Going forward to november 2024, I had deleted the previous registration after asking about my 1:5 leverage being resumed to 1:100 which I never had a reply back. So I then created a fresh registration with all the same personal details and started trading again after months of studying, I finally became profitable. I passed x2 £140,000 challenges with no questions being asked by FTMO. They also provided me with the agreements, and my challenges were reviews and approved me to trade on their FTMO DEMO Live account. I then spent full 2 weeks working hard trying to achieve my payout. Finally the day came and I was expected to receive £11,500. But guess what? They denied this payout. They banned me from their sight, I will officially putting a complaint through as I never violated any trading objectives on my recent registration. They made an excuse up stating that by me creating a new registration, was to avoid any warnings. Not once when I restarted trading again had I broke any rules apart from hitting 5% drawdown max limit while my account was in profit, due to no fault of my own. I was in drawdown on the last day of my profit split and FTMO timings for forex closed at 21.50pm UK timing, I tried to close my trades at 21.46 to save my account but unfortunately I wasnt able to fo this, and so many other people on their discord server had the same issue. They think this is a false accusation from me, to try and get my live account back again which is not true. They havnt paid me my hard work of £11,500. I would be very careful purchasing an account with FTMO. If you have a bad history previously, but have improved on stratagies and become consistantly profitable, they will use your historic data to deny payouts. Their emails feel as if you have murdered someone..
I think ftmo also going the same way like the tft.they increased their spread without any reason.only the influencer can gey payout don,t go with ftmo guys they are scam now
Im outraged. Ive been with FTMO for over 2 years. Ive bought over 50 accounts with there company. After finally finding consistency in my trading and passing my verification with FTMO. They sent me an email telling me I used too much margin on the account and I am at risk of them invalidating my trades and account "Should we notice this Modus Operandi again on any of your accounts, we reserve our right to take the necessary action for us to mitigate risk. This might vary from removing the conflicting positions, rebalancing the account, reducing leverage, or terminating the account completely and ceasing our cooperation altogether." This is what they sent me. So when I lose account after account they gladly take my money without informing me of the risk. But when I pass without going through the drawdown regulations, then there's a problem. do not use prop firms period.

When communicating in Telegram with this company before payment, the communication seems perfect! However, after payment, they stop responding and forget about trading on your account.You have to spend a long time digging for answers to your questions.It seems to me that this is a deliberate ignoring of customers after receiving money, just stealing your funds under a pretty wrapper! My personal experience has led to significant losses, as their commissions are large, and there is no result as such! Avoid them!
Ftmo is one of the top trusted prop firm out there. Ive honestly been using there plstform for 6months and it has been one of the best platform to place trades or to take there challange. Highly recomended.
My first day for a challenge 20k account I had 1265 euro profit and 25 euro loss. They pretended that I had over 1000 euro loss and disqualified my account. Big profit isn't their plan. Actually they hunt your challenge fee because they send you to repay it. :)) I though they are trustful. Another deception like many others. It is much better to use your money rather that feeding this cons. You cannot submit a complain because they are not authorized by any bank institution. Don't disregard the reviews as I did. Evidences are posted on FB page Prop Scam and Telegram FTMO Scam - d0ntscamme . You can see the fraud.
So far ive had no problems with the company. Very fast customer service with all questions answered satisfactorily. Passed my 50k challenge with a 14 day extension. Now trading my way through the verification stage.
SCAM! Stay away. They used to be fxproptraders.com and changed to this to scam more people. They initially responded and then I paid the fee and they disappeared. Never opened a trade and after one month claimed they had trouble with my credentials. They even asked I opened a new account and send them the new credentials and they disappeared again! Now they changed their website to ftmotraders.com to scam more people.
Scammers took my hard earned money. Do not recommend. Think 1000 times before you joining FTMO. After I passed FTMO verification. They Blocked me
Shocking company - AVOID I challenged them on the negative reviews last month and they said trustpilot had been removing loads as they were fake etc They took my money, placed a few trades on my ftmo challenge account then got into DD and that was it. No activity / no response to any messages etc Absolutely avoid at all costs
Don't fall for these MFs! This is an authentic SCAM, they still don't answer me! They lost my challenge and the money I paid on them and they never answered me again! Someone needs to find these guys!
Ftmotraders.com is a scammer mother fkurs who will stop responding after they got your money only in bitcoin and usdt. They will sound like they are legit but they are not. They failed my challenge by risking more than 5% per trade and hit max drawdown. They did not refund me anything. Karma will kill them all. All the curse of the universe will be upon them all. They will suffer for taking our hard earned money.
Scammers!!!!! They stole my money after paying for the challenge the communication stopped totally, After they failed my 100k E8 challenge, they never replied to my email for a refund, then I came across their Trustpilot reviews and it all made sense!! They are scammers and I will not rest until I get my refund or close this scammer down. Very very bad stay away! I can send proof for anyone interested also. They trade your account the first week or so then they stop or just don't finish and you end up losing your money! Do not use this company, they are bad and arrogant when confronted. They use crypto wallets for payments so its untraceable, they disable the use of debit/credit cards, because it can be reversed by clients when disputed!! They are going down.
this people are scammers. as they said, they will refund in a case of not passing verification or challenge but once you submit the account, they will not reply to your account and they will no give the refund. don't try it and don't fall in FAKE 5* Reviews which all are posted on the same date.
They use big lots, so yeah you might got lucky and pass, but their risk management is non-existent. Daily risk violated with 1 trade. That's how huge their lot size is. After you pay, communication quickly disappear. only reply if there is good trade.
Had back to back 10k day profits in 200k account challenge. In middle of trade on second day my account locked up with open trades for about an hour. By the time it unfroze I was negative 20k account blown.. they did nothing about it… scam
This company is a SCAM. As soon as you pay, communication becomes nonexistent. When I questioned why my account is not been traded, they blocked me from their telegram chat. Also when I reached out via email, they do not respond. The owners of this company should be in jail because they are deceptive. Also, when I spoke to them about the bad reviews, they said that those reviews are not true.
Very poor response in Telegram, responds once a week or very infrequent. The website says they have 42 professional traders, but the trading was very infrequent as if not even a single person is doing the trades. My account just passed almost on last day as if by luck by making huge profits on last day, but it was not a consistent trading and would be considered only luck.
