Reached out to customer service but the communication isnt the best, and quite slow for a response time. I have a huge platform and been promoting the broker a lot, and the moment i request a 11,500 withdrawl it gets rejected after i followed everything that was required.. still no payout UPDATE: They Finally got back to me and sent my payout, its safe to say they are legit. "said my account hit drawdown. It did not. There is no trading history in my account of said drawdown. Was told to email compliance department. They won’t reply. I’ve attached screen shots, and screen recordings proving there was no trading history that hit drawdown and they still won’t answer me. The original support thread recommended to reach out them. How if they don’t answer? This is a clear and blatant BS lie they are telling. Before this I had a fantastic experience, now I’m starting to question how reputable this company really is."
"I literally had 2 problems within 24 hours, first my withdrawal got rejected then approved hours later, THEN I deposited money into my account, but now all of a sudden it’s Not letting me transfer it in my account to trade, so either I just wait on you guys horrible Service or I just accept the horrible fees it’ll take to get this back into my bank account, When I reached out for help I practically got a smack in the face, I don’t recommend off shore brokers just trade US brokers if your from the US, simple UPDATE, I had to pay the fees to withdraw my own money but I reached out to support and they threw me $500 trading credit, thing is I have to add more money just to use it, not a bad experience just wish it wasn’t as many problems!
