Was sent new link , but when I tried to pay new quote kept going back to old quote , did chat that explained so they sent new one , very same thing kept being charged first quote , back onto that chat thing again which by way can take ages to get through , it didn’t work again , so at long last someone had to ring me , way way way to long to pay for a service , not very happy hate these chat box things"
