I'm.named driver on policy. My husband hasn't a clue about computers and im the one that pays for the policy when I asked on live chat was it possible to speak with a person directly I was told no as I wasn't as I wasn't main person .I was having issues making payment and it woukd have saved me a stressful hour if I coukd have spoke with a human instead of a machine. I actually considered just going to a different company .
