"This steaming pile of American Finance company is the worst. They’re in the business of supplying you with medical loans yet they cannot be paid with a health savings account. Alphaeon uses different financial institutions for their loans. First security is the worst. You will have to pay them from your checking account and reimburse yourself from your HSA. The only way to even do that is to send them a form with your checking account and routing number on it and your signature. This place cannot take any kind of automated payment whatsoever. They claim to be a financial institution in 2026 America it’s a joke they want you to have problems and fall short on your payments. If you don’t get your loan paid in the agreed-upon amount of time, you will see a 33% interest rate these criminals belong in jail yet they’re not even competent enough to set up an auto pay payment plan through a regular checking card let alone a health savings account yet they’re in the business of healthcare loans. These criminals belong in jail. Countless hours on the phone after 3 1/2 hours today with these clowns I’m hoping that I have cracked the system and will be making payments from my HSA to my checking to these pricks."
