"The products are genuinely excellent, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the delivery service is extremely poor. The company relies on Shop, which provides little to no information about when, or even if, the parcel will arrive. To make matters worse, if the courier attempts delivery when nobody is available, a situation that is all too easy given the complete lack of information about when the parcel is expected to arrive, you may receive an SMS asking for credit card details to pay for a redelivery. Naturally, I was not willing to provide my card details via text message, and as a result, I never received my order. It's a real shame because the product quality is outstanding, but I cannot continue purchasing from a company that uses such an unprofessional delivery service. They urgently need to change their delivery partner and work with a reliable courier instead."
"I ordered gold collagen and paid on my card. I had previously ordered collagen forte plus , and this time they also charged me for 40+ when I didn’t order . Rose informed me by email that id get a refund if I send the package back , so I would therefore be charged for paying for a heavy parcel which I did not open . There is also a bad smell coming from one box and i suspect some bottles are broken. The Customer Service is absolutely terrible. I asked the woman who emailed me ( Rose) if she would send me a label or send a courier to collect , and she completely ignored me. I’m reporting it as a theft as it’s an unauthorised payment from my account . I also warn other customers after reading some of the reviews, to check their bank account ."
