"I signed up for this service to utilize the advance option they offer. I connected my payroll, linked my bank account which has received my direct deposit for months and they offered no advance. It states: ——Why is it disabled? We'll enable early wage access once we're able to verify your payroll deposit account information. This should occur on your next paycheck deposit date. Your payroll provider needs re-authorization. Please re-link your payroll provider and try again. The company is not verified.—— Not one of the above statements is accurate. -I have received a direct deposit into my Grit account. - I linked my bank account that has received 10+ direct deposits all from the same company and all were over $1400. - I successfully linked my payroll provided directly through the Grit app. I have requested to speak to a supervisor for 2 days now with zero response. There’s a reason this company has 2 stars on the App Store."
