"Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering GRT Financial. I enrolled in their program in 2023 to address debt that resulted from a divorce. Over the following three years, I was served with multiple lawsuits related to accounts that were either overlooked or not addressed, despite my repeated attempts to notify GRT Financial of court summonses and other legal documents. Communication was consistently poor, and obtaining timely responses was often difficult. In several instances, I ended up negotiating and settling accounts on my own, paying amounts significantly higher than the monthly payment I had originally been led to expect. Most concerning, I am currently facing legal action on an account that I was previously informed had been settled and paid through their program. In hindsight, I believe I would have achieved a better outcome by working directly with my creditors. While every situation is different, my experience with GRT Financial resulted in substantial stress, unexpected costs, and significant damage to my credit. The impact extended beyond my finances, affecting employment opportunities and limiting my access to financing options. My recommendation is to carefully evaluate all available alternatives before enrolling in a debt settlement program. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose to work with GRT Financial again."

"It's impossible to speak to anyone, they made false promises about what things would cost per month by the thousands, and then after final payoff, they continued to withdraw funds on a maintained monthly schedule with no one answering any form of contact.
