"Scam 3rd party passport service. They charge a premium to basically submit a form you could have done yourself for free. Just a glorified data entry firm. Save your money and just do it with the Department of State directly. It’s easy. After I realized that they were going to have me go through all these hoops to submit the form manually (after I paid of course) I tried to get a refund. I was DENIED because I completed the application (I didn’t) or it was more than 48 hours (it was literally 5 minutes). These companies make themselves the top result on Google and use Clear to seem legitimate. Very predatory if you ask me. Don’t fall for it."
