Updated, Your response is just blabbering and disclaiming responsibility and you know full well that you have not delivered anywhere near what is stated in the agreement - and we have been patient - more precisely 8 months patient - and instead of cleaning up, you have behaved like criminals!

Actually a fine product, which we overall have been satisfied with, but when we had to close our shop and wanted to cancel the agreement, the problems started. The problem is that they bind their customers for 12 months at a time and deliberately send the invoice the day after the new binding period has started. So you have to be aware if you want out of the agreement before the new binding starts, otherwise you will end up paying a lot of money for something you don't use and there is no possibility of compromising with them. They are not at all accommodating with a reasonable solution so beware!!

We've used Helloretail for a while now. Love the search and retargeting functions. Has increased our sales. When in need of our customer success manager or their support: theres never a problem, only a oppertunity and they fix litterly everything with minimal interaction with our e-com partner which is very smooth and easy. Easy to use and works like a charm. Never had any problems with the service either.

Their search module is very good, and they offer many useful features. I would also rate their customer service 10/10 as they consistently respond quickly and provide great assistance.

After working closely with Hello Retail for a couple of years we (Camping4U) feel that the services they provide has gained our business big scale. HR's solution makes it easier and a lot quicker for our customers to find their products. We can track what our customers search for, and even "correct" searches that have been misspelled, to point the search in the right direction. Also using HR live and directly in our web shop, we can place and choose HR's live content according to where on the site it makes the most use, i.e. gaining sales.
