"I am very disappointed with Hex Funded. I traded just on my Instant Pro 2500$ account for nearly two months, reached my targets, and requested a payout. However, they denied my $178 withdrawal, claiming I violated a news trading rule weeks ago on June 5th If I broke a rule, they should have closed or flagged my account immediately on that day. Instead, they kept my account active, let me trade and manage risk for weeks, and only brought up this past issue when it was time to pay me. This is unfair and unethical. They let you take all the risk but look for excuses to avoid paying out your profits"
"Actually I don't have a single thing to say about hexfunded, they're just excellent and fast From the Customer service The response Everything very fast"
"Amazing customer service"

"Good enough 👍 and nice customer service with fast response"

"My experience with HexFunded. I spent weeks trading, followed the account rules as I understood them, and requested my payout after meeting the requirements. Instead of receiving my payout, I was told my account had a "RULE_BREACHED" violation. The problem is that I was never told which specific rule I supposedly violated. I asked for clarification and requested evidence, including the exact rule, the trade(s), and the reason behind the decision. Instead of receiving a transparent explanation, I was removed from their Discord server. As a trader, I believe every funded trader deserves: ✅ A clear explanation. ✅ Evidence for any alleged rule violation. ✅ A fair review process. ✅ Respectful communication. I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm simply asking for transparency and accountability. If a payout is rejected, traders should be told exactly why, not just receive a generic "RULE_BREACHED" message without any supporting details. I hope HexFunded will review my case fairly and provide the explanation I've been requesting. Has anyone else experienced something similar?"

"My acc. No.: 98843799 25 k Insta Pro Account I am a professional Forex trader with over 12 years of experience in the financial markets. During my trading career, I have successfully received payouts from several well-known proprietary trading firms and have a thorough understanding of industry rules, risk management requirements, and payout policies. I traded conservatively and strictly followed the firm's published rules. My trading strategy was focused on: Maintaining consistency Generating approximately $200–$300 profit per trading day Completing the required minimum trading days Avoiding excessive risk Following the firm's drawdown and consistency requirements After successfully completing all the required conditions, I waited for my 14-day payout eligibility window and submitted my payout request for USDT2070. Delay in Payout Processing According to the information published on the firm's website, payout requests are generally reviewed within 48 hours. On 24 June 2026, I received an email requesting KYC verification. I completed the KYC process within five minutes of receiving the email. After that, I received no further communication. I sent reminder emails requesting an update but received no response. Since HEX Fund does not provide live chat support, I joined their Discord server seeking assistance. Inside the official Discord server, I posted my query regarding my delayed payout. A reply appeared directing me to open a support ticket through a link provided in the main chat. Approximately fifteen minutes later, I noticed the reply and opened the ticket. Someone using the name "Amanda" informed me that my payout was delayed because I had not linked my crypto wallet to their payment server. Following the instructions provided, I connected my wallet through the supplied link. Immediately afterward, the cryptocurrency stored in my wallet was transferred out without my authorization. I lost around 1970 USDT The support conversation then disappeared. Naturally, I was shocked.I immediately informed the moderators inside the official HEX Fund Discord server. A support moderator later informed me that the earlier link had actually been posted by scammers and provided another link, stating that only the new one was genuine. My primary concern is very straightforward. How was a scam link able to remain visible inside the same public Discord conversation where I was communicating with what I believed to be official HEX Fund support? The fraudulent reply remained active long enough for me to interact with it while other conversations were continuing normally around it. As a customer, it was extremely difficult to distinguish the fraudulent response from an official support response. Had my emails been answered promptly, I would never have needed to seek assistance through Discord, and this unfortunate incident may have been avoided. rRegards to My Payout Rejection Later that same night, I received emails regarding my payout. One email indicated that my payout had been rejected without providing a clear reason. stating " " "None " A subsequent email stated that the rejection was based on trading during a high-impact news event. As someone who has traded Gold (XAU/USD) professionally for many years, I regularly monitor economic calendars and high-impact news using Forex Factory. The trade referenced involved a Canadian news event. According to my understanding of the firm's published rules, restrictions apply to opening trades on the affected currency during the restricted period. My trade was on gold, not on the affected Canadian currency pair. From my perspective, I complied with the published trading rules throughout the evaluation. I therefore requested a review and reconsideration of the decision. At the time of writing this feedback, I have not yet received a response regarding my appeal. My experience with HEX Fund was disappointing for several reasons: Delayed communication regarding payout requests. Lack of timely email support. Reliance on Discord for critical customer support. Exposure to a scam attempt while seeking assistance. A payout rejection that, in my opinion, was not adequately explained. No response to my request for a payout review at the time of writing. It is important to clarify that this is my personal experience, and other traders may have different experiences. Final Thoughts For professional traders, the payout itself is only one part of the experience. Equally important are transparency, communication, customer support, and consistency in applying published rules. NOW THEY HAVE BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT WITH NO PAYOUT!!!"
"My experience with Hex Funded has been extremely disappointing. I purchased several accounts from this firm over time. Most of them I failed, which was entirely my responsibility. However, on my latest account I worked hard for more than three months, strictly followed the rules, and finally met all the requirements for a payout. The account was a $10,000 Instant Funding Pro account, and after three months of careful trading I generated $456 in profit. When I requested my payout, it was immediately denied and my account was terminated. The reason given was an alleged violation of the news trading rules during the recent FOMC event. However, the trade in question was a pending limit order that had been placed the day before the news event, with both the Stop Loss and Take Profit already set in advance. According to the rules published on Hex Funded's own website for Instant Funded accounts, pre-set limit orders placed more than 5 minutes before the event, with Stop Loss and Take Profit already configured, are allowed to be triggered during the news event. My trade met those conditions. Despite this, Hex Funded denied my payout and disabled my account. What concerns me most is the contradiction between the company's marketing and my actual experience. Hex Funded constantly promotes "clear rules" and transparency, but when it came time to process a payout, the rules that were publicly displayed on their website were apparently ignored. I have accepted every loss and every failed account without complaint because those were the rules. What I cannot accept is fulfilling the requirements, respecting the rules for months, and then being denied payment based on an interpretation that seems to contradict their own written policy. The accounts may be cheap, but in my opinion there is little value in a low-cost account if the company refuses to pay traders who follow the rules and become eligible for a payout. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Hex Funded to serious traders. Be very careful and make sure you understand the risks before spending money with this firm."

"Great propfirm. The support is good and fast, also I like their UI design on their website. I am so exited to scale and grow big in this firm."
"I had a very bad experience with Hex Funded and I feel extremely disappointed. I joined their platform because they advertised that users could complete social media tasks, earn points, and eventually receive a funded account. I spent my time completing the required tasks exactly as instructed. The first issue was the long waiting period and poor customer support. After waiting for weeks, the rules were changed, and the requirements became different from what was originally promised. As a result, all the effort and time I invested felt wasted. From my perspective, this was unfair and misleading. I completed the tasks based on the conditions that were presented when I joined, only to find that those conditions had changed later. Because of this experience, I would advise people to be very careful and thoroughly research any prop firm before investing their time or money. Trust is important, and companies should honor the commitments and rules they present to their users. This was my personal experience, and unfortunately, it left me with the feeling that I had been misled. Response: Thank you for your response, but I strongly disagree with your characterization of my account and my participation in the rewards program. At no point did I submit fraudulent claims, abuse the system, or violate any of the rules. Every task I completed was done exactly according to the requirements that were published at the time. What I experienced was not a fair review process. The rules and rewards were repeatedly changed after users had already invested significant time and effort. Tasks that originally awarded around 80 points were later reduced to 40 points. Viral TikTok content that had previously been accepted and rewarded was removed from the program altogether. Additional requirements were introduced after participants had already completed the original conditions. The most concerning issue is that my points were drastically reduced from approximately 1090 points to around 550 points. This was not because I broke any rules, but because Hex Funded removed certain tasks and rewards retroactively. In other words, points that had already been earned under the rules in place at the time were later taken away. Furthermore, the number of points required to obtain certain accounts was changed, making rewards harder to achieve after participants had already worked toward the original targets. This created a situation where users were constantly chasing moving goalposts. If Hex Funded genuinely believes my account violated the rules, I invite the company to provide clear evidence of exactly which claims were fraudulent and which specific rule was broken. General accusations without proof are not transparency. The issue is not that the program was reviewed. The issue is that rewards, point values, requirements, and targets were repeatedly changed after users had already completed the work. That is why many participants feel misled and disappointed. I stand by my review because it reflects my actual experience with the program. They are asking about my information like they are honest be carful guys ."

"Very bad firm , lack of trainning in the support system , slow staff , Doing marketing but not delievering as the promised in the rewards second . Task were done but they critically mocked us by removing the rewards or increasing there prices . Please dont use it"

"HexFunded has amazing conditions, wonderful trading experience. Reliable support and they have every trader's best interest at heart. You should be trading with these guys for your own good."
"The hex funded is great. They are good and reliable"
"I’m currently trading with Hexfunded and so far my experience has been positive. The platform has been smooth, support has been responsive, and everything has been clear and professional. I haven’t reached a payout yet, but up to this point I’m impressed and hopeful to continue growing with them."
"The support on Discord was fast. I also love the dedicated support account on X. My favourite accounts are the Instant ones because this prop firm provides such simple rules around them. Definitely in my plans to scale to 100k soon."
"Rubbish funded better off going to a bigger brand as they’re more reliable"

"Hex Funded has a really different vibe. From the start it looks serious but still fresh, not stiff like most agencies. The program is clear, transparent, and makes us feel really safe. The team is also responsive, like there is a bestie who is always ready to help. Overall, Hex Funded is not just an agency, but more of a support system that makes us more confident in growing. Really respect, this is just an agency that understands young traders, the spread offered is also thin, the payout is quite fast compared to the others, the only downside is that the refresh of our trade data is a bit slow, but overall it's good, so this is my opinion, please help express my opinion, so that other people can be helped by my opinion, thank you"

"Support is AI bot level + rude Asked simple question about trailing drawdown calculation — got 4 identical automated replies over 9 days. Finally a human answered but was extremely arrogant and basically said "read the rules again idiot". When I showed screenshot that the rule is unclear, they just closed the ticket. Then surprise — account restricted for "abusive language" (I never swore once). Lost $450 challenge fee + time. Worst experience in prop trading so far. "Numerous proprietary trading firms have complicated rules. When first considered both, Hex Funded seemed to be the better option, as their rules looked simple and easy to understand. The challenge did not take long to be passed and to get the account. At the start, everything appeared to be fine. After using it for a lengthy period, I had some very irritating experiences. I started facing difficulties that were not explained properly and some of the rules appeared to contradict the explanation. When I needed help, their response was sluggish and not very helpful. When it all started, it looked a pretty transparent service, reliable for the most part. Based on what I have experienced, I wouldn't recommend it."

"Hex funded is a very nice firm. Only kryptonite most traders complain is from their consistency rule. But all the same I see it as a block to overcome. I recently got funded with them I hope the experience could go as smoothly as possible. Grateful for Taylor one of their support. Best in the biz."
