If you are applying for a loan backed by a project for the house do note that it should be expected that a lien document will be used to back the loan, this is nothing new, but I read online that people were caught off guard with this process and left a bad review. Would get reminders to complete tasks after tasks were completed and lack of communication during underwriting process was frustrating. Overall I’m happy with the terms. Just some servicing tweaks as relates to communication that really would have made the experience far more pleasant."
