"I tried Higgsfield today specifically to test Seedance 2.0 and its supposedly impressive lip sync feature. The result was honestly a disaster. I spent around €70 in credits and did not manage to create a single usable finished video. The audio was repeatedly altered, stretched, shortened or otherwise changed, even when I made sure the audio snippet matched the intended video length. On top of that, the lip sync itself was inconsistent or simply did not work properly. For a feature that is marketed as advanced lip sync, this was extremely disappointing, especially considering how expensive each failed generation is. After multiple attempts, I was left with no finished video and around €70 gone. That is, quite literally, money thrown out of the window. I expected experimentation to cost some credits, but not this much for a feature that failed to reliably do the basic thing it is supposed to do. Very disappointing experience with Higgsfield / Seedance 2.0."

"On 3 October 2026 Higgsfield charged $129 USD to my card. I did not authorize it. I emailed support the same day from my account address and asked for three things: a full refund, deletion of my card and stored payment details, and cancellation of anything set to bill me again. I've given them 48 hours to confirm in writing. If they don't, I'm disputing the charge with my card issuer. If you sign up anyway, use a virtual card with a spending limit. Once your card is on file, getting your money back depends entirely on a support inbox."

"I’ve been really impressed with Soul 2.0, especially when it comes to generating AI models. The quality is honestly amazing — the models look realistic, natural, and visually polished, and it’s easily one of my favorite features on Higgsfield right now. I really hope Higgsfield can bring the same level of quality to its native video generation models as well. If the video generation could consistently match the realism, aesthetics, and overall quality of Soul 2.0, the whole platform would be even better. Really looking forward to seeing how it develops!"

"The collective surfacing of tools and selection diversity for a project is great. The total solution integration of base assets and work results across the ecosystem and between tools works well and saves time as projects scale. I only had difficulty as work scaled over many days of work and the local browser cache started to delay or pause asset references loading in the UI. This was resolved by keeping the site loading in a private browser window, so the local files never became stale. Overall it is a very helpful layer in the production tool set!"

"Few days ago, i bought one month basic plan on this site + i bought credits PLUS they charged an additional 5 bucks but i didn't pay much attention to it... Really its expensive for nothing. My issue is that i do not know what happened but i came back the other day and it was saying i am out of credit? I went in my credit balance, i was at 0. And i lost my basic plan subscriprion. Also i noticed that the image results were awful i was really disappointed. They are lying about their site on youtube, paying people to say positive fake reviews instead of real one but actual users know the truth: Higgsfield ai is just a joke... I'm smelling a lawsuit lol. I want a refund. This is ridiculous! And if i knew that refund was against their policy ( which is very weird) i wouldn't have spend a single dollar on this site. I do not recommend and all the positive reviews are bots."

They agreed to refund the remaining 11 months of my annual Pro subscription and turned off the automatic renewal. "Never trust higgsfield.ai, they don't have any clear refund policy , too many steps and they ask you to email them with providing too many information which can be done by one click in other similar applications. moreover, they charge you 6% even if they approve the refund."
