When I asked whether they offered a specific type of account, I was told that I first had to open a live account before I could get an answer. I completed the application, submitted all the required documents, and opened a live account. Only then was I told that you do not offer that type of account. Was it really necessary for me to waste my time opening an account just to receive such a simple answer? On another occasion, I spoke with an agent who could not answer any of my questions, not even a basic one about the trading commission. I was told that all of my questions would be forwarded to my personal representative. Several days later, I received a reply to only one of my questions. The rest were simply ignored. MY RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: It's been ten days since you promised that a member of your team would reach out to me. On top of everything else, you have proven that you cannot be trusted."
