"Great tool and service - shame about the delivery (didn’t come on the appointed time with no updates)"
"Grat service and delivery. Product was packed well and works perfect."
"Helpful and knowledgeable people who made the whole experience painless. Best price i could find and free delivery the next day as promised. If only all online business was as good. The brushcutter looks the business too. Wish i’d known about this firm a long time ago."
"Good price and prompt delivery"
"In terms of despatch, service was excellent and received the following day. I would give it 5 stars but I haven't used the bit yet so cannot comment and it was delivered by DHL who insisted that we were in and would not leave either in a safe place or with a neighbour so this was a hassle.Goodness know what would happen if you were out working 5 days a week."
"2nd time of using Howe Tools as the 1st time was a 5star experience. The item I purchased was only a few £'s more, but I still chose this company & here are my 5stars again!"
"I was attracted to Howe as the chainsaw I was buying, for £282, was advertised as coming with a free battery. There were no conditions. The battery didn’t arrive. When I complained I was told that it was conditional on spending £300 and referred back to the advert - which had been updated! I pointed this out and included a screen shot of the original advert as evidence. I’ve not yet had a reply. I feel I’ve been duped. I could have bought the chainsaw cheaper elsewhere."
"Great value for money and speed of delivery."
"I have purchased multiple power tools from Howe Tools Ltd and the service has always been great, prices the cheapest and with free next day delivery if ordered before the cutoff time of 8pm usually which is fantastic."
"Good company to buy from and decent prices on tools"
"Excellent customer service. Unfortunately my first purchase from Howe tools was ruined by the courier misdelivering so I had to buy elsewhere to get what I needed in time. Howe tools responded quickly and investigated fully and issued a refund. Very good service. I will use them in the future but probably get delivered to a work address to avoid any issues of not being home to receive the goods."
"Easy to order and delivered the next day .... excellent service."
"Good range of tools Competitive pricing for the product Well packaged and next day delivery"
