Reasonable price, good value for money, HOWEVER... When we got into trouble we could not reach them. It took over an hour arguing that we must have someone to talk to. Then we were advised incorrectly. We did as advised, then we told they did not advise well. So they did not pay our claim. Then we complained. Then after some exchanges they decided to honor what they told us.

This insurance company is RUBBISH- I made a claim on broken back windscreen & only got fixed 6mth later- I would not recommend at all
Did not like lack full disclosure about sending kms reading. Only after completion of buying insurance process did the message came out. It's not an issue, just didn't like that the requirement was not disclosed before buying. Looking for other options this weekend, will probably cancel during the cool off period. Do better guys. You want us to disclose everything, take your own advise. I can't trust you anymore. What else are you hiding? For example Budget direct discloses prior to purchase that km reading needs to be sent.

Was easy to go through the policy with your customer assist
The one thing I disliked was that the initial comparison value was like $66 and then once I went through into your portal it jumped to $75. This made it feel like I was pulled in under false pretences, but other than that all was done well and easily.
