This prop firm is NEW so don't expect automation and fancy UI. Everything is done manually so they may make some mistakes but the customer service is good and they do a good job of communicating and fixing their mistakes. They are legitimate though and do pay if you follow the rules. With some of the more established instant funded firms, you will receive your full payouts quicker. I received a partial payout and the rest a few days later. Hopefully they will continue to streamline processes and get some of those features that the more established prop firms have.
I was skeptical at first but been with HFF for a year now. Service is as quick as ever and still consistent. Don’t have to think twice I been convincing my friends to skip and now Im writing this review. I didn’t even know they had trustpilot if I did I wouldve written this earlier. They be giving out the most free accounts and my monthly spread payouts are getting paid ontime with no delay unlike apex, paid me out first month and disappeared and banned. F them.
Never have I had support like this they fast and got my accounts replaced when I asked for a reset almost instantly, its almost ljke the support team don’t sleep. They are lenient asf and sounds like they want to keep you around so I feel like an actually customer that has some power unlike mffu i just got ignored and since they get so much business they starting to not give a crap about people
So far the firm’s service is really fast and answers all my questions quickly. I really appreciate the help from their customer service side and how their pricing is so flexible with so many promotions but their website definitely needs more improvement! I wish the dashboard can display my accounts more accurately so I know which subscriptions are still active and which have been cancelled. Also in Rithmic my blown accounts don’t disappear so hopefully they have something that will do that for me. This firms overall good and pays out, just want the display to be simple! Thanks HFF
I just got into trading and won a 150K account from HFF. The support was nice but unfortunately not able to log into Mobile Rithmic but its alright. Forced me to learn desktop trading and honestly I’m liking it. Definitely still in the learning phase but hopefully I’ll get to the funded account phase
Scam Warning! I bought an account with a theme about a month ago. It didn’t work properly from the start, and later I lost access to my account completely. Despite this, they kept charging me. When I reached out to support, they blamed me and refused to issue a refund. They claimed they canceled my subscription—but gave me no proof, no confirmation email, nothing. I’m still unsure if they’ve actually stopped charging me. Be very careful before dealing with them!

They finally added instant funding and I gave the 10k account a shot. It was cheaper than most firms and I received my first $400 payout today. Pleasure during business and will be back for more. Only issue is I can only have up to 5 accounts which I think is too little but as long as I’m paid thats fine.
They give you reasons to reject the trades and not pay you. They think dollar cost average is cheating. Even you sell after several hours and you sell within 3 points difference from your cost they say it is violation. Stay away and save money. Go to good prop firms like TakeProfitTrader.
Very good support team on discord and CEO helps escalate things whenever its needed. People are active and helpful with answering questions when mods arnt online. They are adding in better payout options with Rise too now so looking forward to that

Coming from MFFU and Topstep an intraday drawdown is hard work I keep blowing accounts since I cant get used to it. You can tell these guys are a small firm but really do their best I wont be a hater just static and eod drawdown would be a great addition for the traders who want to use you guys.
HANDS DOWN these guys will break the market once they get EOD and more platforms added because I genuinely haven't seen a prop firm like this. Their CEO is literally another futures and fx trader so he knows all the ins and outs and shady tactics firms like apex deploy, I can ask anything and they'll be honest and transparent I STG you cannot buy that level of trust from any other firm!
So if you don't prefer intraday drawdown please skip this review. I find hff a great refresher cause they don't have too many rules and are relatively low cost(for the standard path haha). I have gotten mt first $5K payout after finally earning myself a max of 5 standard accounts at the same time and honestly the lack of a daily loss limit and strict rules on hedging or DCA are amazing I just take my time and get paid out every month. if you are serious about getting a payout and not trying to speedrun they are a very competitive option.

Just want to give jackko a shoutout. It feels like hes on 24/7 and doesnt sleep. He responded back to me at 3am and solved my problem within minutes. Most of the problems are just rithmics side and they even help you contact rithmic since rithmic usually never respond to single traders
I was provided code for express account but they went back on there word because they made a mistake and gave bigger discount. That's not my fault. Stick to your word regardless of mistake. Hopefully they make it right. Small things add up to big things!!!!
Super friendly and instant to respond
After I lost connection to my laptop and blew an account HFF offered me a free reset. I appreciate Jackkos help in setting me back up and gave me a free reset. I’m surprised they even did this for me as it was just an attempt to see if they cared or do anything about it. But glad I did. Good advice definitely message them if there was a connection issue they don’t blame you for it.
Got my 3rd payout today and I gotta say their fast and communicate anything that causes issues right away, I wasn't answering my email but they still gave me a call to my personal to make sure I could give them what I needed for the wire transfer, great firm I recommend!
