Innago powers our entire billing and maintenance infrastructure for our commercial building. The service is reliable, the fees are reasonable, and their support has been responsive, the few times we've reached out. Would recommend their service to other property owners/managers. Prior to using Innago, we processed this information manually over email and payments via Zelle or check. As a result, we lacked the reporting that Innago provides out of the box, which has been helpful. Now, we're able to manage these processes remotely and keep our small team aware of any issues on a real-time basis.

Money takes 4-7 days to process. Customer service is almost impossible ot reach. They have a fake phone number left, so many VM no one calls back. The AI chatbot doesn't allow you to speak with a live agent. I really wanted this to work

I love innago. I manage 2 properties on here and it gives me a handle of everything I need in one place. The user friendly site is also a big plus when dealing starting off. There is also the ability to scale to many properties using this software.

Innago addresses all the deficiencies of other free software such as Zillow Rental Manager and Stessa. Number one for me is the ease and expediency of the banking features. Unlike Stessa, I can use my existing bank accounts and unlike ZRM, rental payments clear in one day. The balance of the software is equivalent or better. Lease administration, tenant portal, flexible invoicing, the list goes on and on. For a small landlord like myself, Innago presents a professional and thorough presence to my tenants, while seamlessly integrating my business accounting for ease of review and reporting.

I’ve been searching for an affordable rent collection management software. I tried a few paid options, but none of them performed well. I decided to try Innago mainly to save on monthly fees — and I’m honestly surprised by how good it is, especially considering it’s free.

It just works. This software does what it needs to do and it does those things well. The basic features are all free, but there are some pay features I have not tried. Though I have been tempted as the cost seems reasonable and they seem useful. I just don't need them yet though.

I have two units and this has worked well so far to manage the aspects I need help with. There are features I don't use since I already have a built-in network to support (i.e. maintenance requests through direct communication channels), but overall it's what I'll continue to use since it seems great for larger scale. I haven't had to request customer support, so would suggest that as evidence it works well.
