First off, the AI menu tree is frustrating, like most, due to its inability to handle anything but the most basic questions. Secondarily, the number of security questions (name, address, phone, last four of social, last four of debit card, DOB, etc.) is a bit excessive, and each new rep you get transferred to has to go through it again. Lastly, when the call initially goes to the Philippines, I find most of the reps are difficult to understand, and the same applies to their understanding of us. In addition, anything complex is best just asking for a US rep, assuming the call does not 'drop'. It does not matter what the question is, all reps have to put you on hold.
I asked for a withdrawal and it came right away You might think this is normal but it’s rare
Basically the adult version of that. This service is horrible. They can't read a receipt to save their lives and make you jump through all kinds of hoops to use your HSA/FSA funds. It's not worth the tax break, just pay out of pocket. Edit: as I write this I had two more claims rejected and now Inspira is sending me coupons to repay inconsistent, arbitrary amounts. One was for contact lenses, another was for a clinician visit. I've sent in every conceivable receipt. This is typical behavior from Inspira (ne: Millennium Trust), still the same frequently litigated grifters they've always been.
Great experience
They have a website that does not work, they e mail links that do not work. They try and keep your IRA account, they will keep sending emails requests for the same thing, they will have different people send you emails ,to slow down the time they have to send you your funds, they lie and say they will do it within 5 business days. they will send links that say cannot verify your e mail or home address, this is on purpose so they don't have to send you your money I suggest everyone contact your state attorney general and file a complaint.Since inspira does not want to respond in a reasonable manner. They get your money quick ,then hold on to it.They have a stupid slow response. They will just keep sending emails with links they know do not work. They don't care to really help you ,or to really send you your own money.
Customer Service is severely lacking. More than that, their processes and timeframes for withdrawing funds are ridiculously extended - 5 business days for electronic fund transfer and 14 days for a mailed check. And even a supervisor could not explain the timeframe under which Inspira would commit to getting the literal check in the mailstream. That reeks of a company prioritizing its profits and float against its customers' need/desire to get their own money. Inspira must do better, and start acting more in a fiduciary role than a poor also-ran organization. PS I am still on hold for thrid time to get clarity as I made fund request over a week ago and the web status still indicated "pending" status and no one can tell me when the check will be mailed.
They really don’t make it easy to get your 401k without doing the most and calling. Not to be negative but convinced they just don’t want people claiming them
I never applied for a loan through this company but started receiving emails from them stating that my loan request has been denied and then when I checked my credit report it shows that they tried to apply 6 different times which lowered my credit rate each time. I also emailed them letting them know that I never applied for a loan. But apparently they sent out a email that as soon as you open the email it automatically confirms that you are applying for a loan. But the email notification doesn't state that. The heading on the email just states important. An as soon as you open the email it automatically sends out a request for a loan through there company as well as several other 3rd party companies.
you could not help me because you just shunted me to a website.
I have never had to jump through so many hoops to disburse this account. I have dealt with different retirement plans and would only need to call to get the disbursement. You don't make the process easy. You start on the computer, then it asks you to scan a QR code, so you are now processing some steps on the cell phone, then it switches back to the computer. Then it ask for your ID so it switches back to the cell phone, it is RIDICULOUS. When I asked why I can't call in and asked for the disbursement. I was told they can't do it. I said I have to answer multiple questions to verify it's me, you will be dispersing via a check or direct deposit, so there will be tracking information. I regret not closing it out while it was still with T.RowePrice. The only good thing is the customer service reps are nice. I pity the older person who tries to close out an account, it will never happen. I called back today (first call was Friday September 19, 2025) So finally I was told we will send you an edoc to sign. I got the instruction right away, but somehow how a blank form that I still need to fill out may take an entire day to get to me
Very nice it all went very well and it didn’t take too long to get it
Would have given them 5 but they are so hard to get a hold of got my check right away though once I did get thru
Appreciate that Inspira has emailed me, although very very limited. No information although, just this 'rating' email. Who are you?
The quality of service at INSPIRA is an outrage. They should lose their license to operate. They were extremely quick to accept my ANNUITY funds, but withdrawing them has been a total nightmare. Conveniently for them. I hope an AG somewhere is listening.
Well, I’m sure it’s a debt collector so that’s no fun.
Good experience
AVOID INSPIRA AT ALL COST. They took over an old IRA and stole money from the account and made it difficult to transact business to protect what little money is left in the account.
Trying to contact someone was frustrating, no one ever replied to my email and why do you have my money?
