"I begin to wonder if the company is a scam. Customer service is near non-existent. Try for yourself -- call the 800 number and pick anything other than "new account." The phone will ring forever, no answer, no voicemail, nothing. The online chat is similar, sometimes I get an answer 10 minutes later. They give various excuses as to why the account isn't funded yet; the last one was "maybe your financial institution mailed the rollover check to the wrong address because we did move a few years ago." Seriously? I provided my bank with the forms IRA Financial provided, which clearly list the address. This company is a joke. Look elsewhere and save yourself the frustration."
