I am not happy with this company at all. Their Help Desk leaves a lot to be desired and we spoke with three different agents with no resolution. All of this over a span of about 45 minutes while a very pregnant customer waited for a refund that we could no process and should have been able to do. Furthermore the help desk does not have adequate supervisors after regular business hours. Lastly, They need to gain a better understanding of the EBT system so their clients can effectively serve customers.

I called today because my register screen was black and I could not ring up a sale. Harry W answered my call and fixed my problem within 2 minutes. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He was even very diplomatic in telling me that we need a cord management system :-)

I've had great a great experience with ITRetail/POS Nation. We had an issue with a label printer, we were proactively sent the new version of the printer and a return label for the old one. A few minutes assistance from tech support and it was working flawlessly. I have never had a vendor initiate an exchange without me nagging them over an extended period. Not only am I thrilled in Tech Support, but the people working at our store were really impressed and are feeling much more confident in our new system and the vendor supporting it. Harry W has been very patient & supportive working through this issue.

I was skeptical about it, if it would be easy to learn, but itβs a great POS System very easy to learn and understand, and the hardware is great, too. Also Ciara gave me a great training sessions and she was with on going live the first day. Also they offer more training if ever need more help.
