They deliver the damaged boxes with poor packaging where product almost looks like copy of original product, I really doubt they are original unless I buy from JCB store. When you return they charge you back 5% delievry fee which is quite annoying, they don't charge only when the product has manaufacturinf defects. They are quite annoying and their chatbot people are too. No proper communication with customer."
