"I wish I can give 0 stars. Their responses to clients are not true. They only want to save face in public. Stay far away from this company. I requested a withdrawal March 2 and to this date haven’t seen a penny. I followed up with my account manager Alex who has stopped responding to my messages. These are the facts. Where the heck is my money if you are such a legit company. I also sent your support team an email to which a response has NOT been provided. What are your facts. Hmmm Update March 10 - today I sent a second follow up email to JDF support with no response from them. Just keeping the facts real and not made up misinformation from JDF below. March 12 update: company contacted me by email asking for me to adjust my comments however I have not received my money that I requested since March 2, furthermore I put in a second request on March 6 to take out the remaining funds in the account and the request is still pending their withdrawal approval even thought their policy promises customers to have their funds within 48 hours. Will provide another update in a couple of days. March 16 update. Still have not received my money from the March 2 withdrawal and my March 6 withdrawal request. March 20 update. JDF has not honoured the two withdrawals and they have stopped responding to my follow up emails. I am done with the crooks and from now on will continue to communicate with authorities. Good luck to you all who are dealing with these fraudsters."
"Very friendly to start off with, but quick to pass the buck when mistakes are made. Got me hooked into a loan agreement for 10K USD, then once the loan was paid the promise of withdrawal went sideways . Never received a penny of my investments. Total scam to the point of creating a false AML (anti-money laundering) claim under the guise of Crypto.com help support. Stating that I needed to pay originally 4ETH but brought it down to 1ETH. The withdrawal request was initially for February 27, 2026 it is now March 17, 2026 and now being ghosted by them and my JDF account has been wiped off. I no longer can even open the site on Google. I got totally suckered don't let this happen to you. Names used by the people I dealt with: Andreas Goldberg (account representative); Alexander Brown (AML specialist and supervisor to Andreas); David Twiggs (an email account used for the first 355$ deposit to open a JDF account). Be very careful out there these guys are very crafty and they will take you for everything you've got without hesitation."

"Total scam!!!! Beware you won’t receive your money that you deposited if you want to withdraw. Their office in Toronto is not an office. It’s an unrented empty space. Check it out for yourself. Big time scammers. I reported them to authorities. They are not even registered in Canada to offer this non-service. I dealt with Alex Brown (probably not his name anyway). Save yourself headaches."
"Very similar incident as the other person. They bug you to add more funds and when you refuse they stop talking to you and won't let you take out any money. Its 100% a scam don't be fooled like we were."
