"At the start of the journey for looking for a finance deal and a car Kandoo car credit were spot on very helpful, keen to help etc. once the finance was sorted and they found a car for me, come to organising collection turned into a nightmare, couldn’t get them on the phone, left numerous messages, got passed from pillar to post, told them from the minute they found the car I wanted to collect it on Sunday morning, due to my old car going, had to really push hard for them to complete the deal or I would have cancelled it, they did finally come through but it shouldn’t have taken the hassle it did.
