"I am not an unsophisticated investor. I mostly manage my own account, and in the past, I've held a Series 7 securities license. I cannot recommend Kronos due to a fundamental problem with their crypto strategy. First, it can't perform in a flat or down market. Second, their execution capabilities have failed without explanation. Third, after their crypto system failed to perform, they offered up a different system with a high trading cost. As a result, their growth claims don't hold up under pressure. I joined in Oct 2025 and saw nothing but losses month after month. In one position, I had a large gain (large enough to recover all losses at that time), but they failed to lock in my profits even after I emailed the support desk on why they hadn't closed the position. This violated their stated strategy of profit-taking; this was supposed to be a fully hands-off system. That's a real systems failure. I've asked several times for an explanation of what happened, and although one was promised, they never provided one. After they lost the story on crypto assets, they rolled out a new product where they wanted a significant % of the gains. Just not worth the upfront cost in a tough crypto market. I've canceled my account and taken the write-down of asset value as a lesson in these types of systems. In response to Alex's comments: Thanks, Alex. You have always communicated openly, and I appreciate that. On the outage, it was December 27, and the crypto coin was Elixir (ELX), not October 20. Anyone can look at the pricing history and see the spike and subsequent fall. Please check with Jay and your quant team. I think claiming an external outage to paper over the problem without checking the facts is exactly why I made my decision."

The algo sat out most of it, then stepped in once the direction was clear and banked a clean 1.5% in two hours. I'm been running the performance tier for 4 months and my account is up 19% total."
