"This is a total SCAM and Internet FRAUD. They need to be reported to the FBI as internet fraud, and BBB as a company unworthy of staying in business. They need to be stopped. Customer service is 1 guy that interrupts you, talks over what you're trying to explain, and just plain RUDE. They say they do not receive emails, but I'm sure they do as I've sent from 3 different addresses. Funding never happens, and this after they approve the loan and a repayment schedule is already in place. I will do everything in my power to shut down this operation. STAY AWAY FROM THEM......"

"Delayed funding i applied nov 14th and still havent received my funds and it keeps telling me within 1-2 days ill receive it. I have accrued 288$ in overdraft fee's at my own bank because of this delayed funding. Won't do any more business with them in the future."

"I was called by a collections agency stating I had taken a loan with this company. I have never heard of them and the information the agency provided me was outdated address and incorrect email information. So far the company has yet to respond to my emails request for help or even answer their phones. I call and sit on hold for 30 minutes a time to no answer. I am completely disgusted and will most likely have to lawyer up to fight this"

"I was approved on sept 22nd now it is October 12 and they are claiming a deposit will go in in 1to 2 business days And they charged interest since the 22nd so my 500 is now 671. I’ve had 2 loans with leap before and no problems..this will be my last loan with them."

"I applied for this Loan on Tuesday May 31st. The information states it can take up to 2 business days, so I waited until Friday to email when it had not reached my bank account. I never heard back from anyone. I called and was told I would get an email to confirm my information. I did not get anything and yes I checked my spam folder. I emailed again and again no response. The first payment was due Thursday June 9th so I looked to see if it was taken out, it wasn’t so I figured it would not go through. I called to make sure I would not be charged since it never funded and was told there was no record of it in the system. So imagine my surprise when Today I get a bank notification of a deposit. This is highly inconvenient now that I have already gotten another loan to fix my repair I needed. The app that is available does not work, the online information on your website is terrible. Communication has to get better."

"Initial application was easy. Loan was paid off quickly and suddenly they were taking money from my bank when I had a 0 balance on my loan. Took days and lots of calling to get fixed. No one you talk to can handle any of these situations themselves and you don't get to talk to the people who do. Frustrating. Also I have taken out a few loans and have never gotten any credit for payments towards the 50 dollar cash reward."

"If I could give less than one I would. I never took a loan out with this company. With the amount of money I run through my account I never really noticed until this week were $500 was taken out at once. Called them and was told I took a loan out in 2019 for $1000. Never took a loan out to this company, The indicators they talk about are a joke, I believe my ex took this loan and I paid 3000 to them for a measly thousand dollar loan, that I never got. Un freaking real, looked at there web site, the questions they ask Are questions that any of numerous people that know me could answer correctly."
