Limitless Coaching

"Been working with Limitless Coaching for over 6 months and they've already helped me achieve amazing results. I'm excited to what I can achieve in the future with their support. Very knowledgeable and professional, so I highly recommend."

"I started with Reece back in March as I always felt like I had a decent background in training but wasn’t getting the results I wanted. When I got started with) Reece he talked me through exactly what I had been doing wrong and what I needed to do more of, he made the whole process very easy to understand and to follow and no matter whenever I text with a question or to make slight changes he was always back to me a swift response no matter what time or day. I had a few slip ups along the way and he always reassured me these things happen and to get straight back on it and not let it affect the rest of the week. He not only helped me physically he helped me completely change my mindset towards training and attitudes towards everything. Cannot recommend the man enough if you’re half thinking of doing it then I would urge you to sign up"

"I worked with Reece for a year and a half, I honestly so skeptical about going to another online coach as I had previously had bad experiences, Reece helped me to love the gym again, cannot fault the journey I had with him, pushed me not only with my body composition but how to manage my hectic lifestyle between family, friends, side business and my career. Hats off to everyone at Limitless, cannot fault the team."

"I’ve been working with Reece for the past few months for weight loss. Prior to this I thought get the food right and do some exercise and then I’d lose the excess weight. Working with Reece has been a game changer as while getting food and exercise is partly true, I’ve always struggled with being consistent and always striving for perfection. His guidance has completely shifted my mind set. He has helped me build confidence, discipline and a better relationship with food and exercise. His support and encouragement has kept me accountable and motivated. Now that my head is sorted I can’t wait to see what I can achieve in the coming months. I can’t recommend Reece highly enough to anyone looking for REAL LASTING change"

"I can’t recommend Ryan from Limitless Coaching highly enough – From day one Ryan’s approach was incredibly professional, supportive, and tailored to my lifestyle. I run my own business, travel frequently, and juggle family life, yet Ryan created a programme that fit seamlessly around all of it. Over the first 3 months working together, I dropped 12kg while still being on holidays, attending social events, and handling work commitments. Ryan’s knowledge, accountability, and constant encouragement have been game-changers. He doesn’t just hand you a plan – he teaches you why it works and how to build habits that last."

"I have to say working with reece was a pleasure,he was always on the phone with great advice and there when I needed the extra push to get the results needed. I couldn't recommend him enough to anyone who wants to change things up. Myself personally I found it hard keeping on top of things as I have my own business and a busy family life with two kids,so always on the go. After talking to reece,he understood and done me a diet plan that is just eating everyday foods and that I enjoy and can manage to keep on top of things. I now go the gym a couple of times a week in the mornings before the kids are up and before I go to work, which suits me better and is good for stress relief."

"Myself and my husband signed up to Limitless in January and we can honestly say, it's been the best decision. Through my 20s and 30s, I've had personal trainers, one to one coaching in the gym. I had no idea what to expect with the online coaching. We had been following Sam for quite a while on social media and we reached out just before Christmas. We were then paired with Reece and haven't looked back. Reece is an unbelievable guy, his passion for coaching is something I've not seen. His will for us to succeed is second to none. His knowledge and experience has helped us both so much. What worked for us in our 20's, is not the same in our 40's and Reece has really helped us to see that and educate us along the way. He's so supportive in our journey. Not every week will be perfect, but he makes it easy to be honest with him. Even if you feel you have had a bad week, Reece will find the positives. Although we signed up as a couple, we are treated as individuals as well, and get all the time/support we need. Our food plans are similar which helps with meal prepping. The support is 24/7, the training plan, the food plan, supplement recommendations, everything is laid out for you, it's fool proof. Especially if you have a really busy lifestyle, you don't have to think for yourself. From experience, I can say you will get more from Limitless than any one-one coach on the gym floor. Myself and my husband had initially said we'd sign up for a year but couple of months ago, we're already talking about the next 12 months and what we can achieve. If you have a partner or friend and you're thinking about it, do it. If you are signing up alone, you won't be alone, there is a group WhatsApp and the amount of encouragement within this group is amazing. Limitless really have something special here and we are so glad to be apart of it."

"I have been training with limitless 8 months now and this has been the best shape I have ever been in. The training programme tailored to you, weekly check ins and that constant support and motivation from your trainer is really what got me here. I have been coached by Ryan and he has been phenomenal since day one. Ryan listens and cares which is what I think stands out the most alongside his knowledge around the lifestyle choices to get you in the best shape. I look forward to seeing where the next few weeks takes me training with limitless."

"I have trained with Limitless for 18 months now, and I have gotten into and, more importantly, maintained the best shape of my life. I connected with Sam very early on in the process, as he had a natural understanding of where I was, where I wanted to get to, how to get there and most importantly, what was sustainable. He had a great sense of when I needed to be pushed harder, but also a real understanding of when I was genuinely struggling and needed a bit of space and a reminder of how well I was doing and how far I had come. He would also call me out when I was taking the piss, which I respected. He has always been a step ahead of me in knowing where I am and what I need all the way. I consider him as much of a life coach as I do a personal trainer. I have met the wider team a few times, and they all know their stuff and are absolutely bang on. I couldn't recommend Limitless enough."

"I’ve been training a long time but was struggling to reach certain goals and was advised to work with a coach to help with nutrition alongside my training. I contacted Limitless coaching and it was best decision I could have made. I worked alongside Reece who was not only a coach but a mentor and a friend who was on hand each step of the way guiding and reassuring me especially when self doubt kicked in. It was a valuable experience, having a coach provided accountability and structure and i gained more of an insight and knowledge into managing my training and nutrition. Reece has continued to provide help and advice when needed and I’m forever grateful..he is a fantastic coach and a credit to himself and to Limitless coaching!"

"The Name is Really where it all starts “LIMITLESS” I’m 9 weeks in to an unbelievable journey with Limitless coaching and let me tell you it’s the Strongest I’ve ever been both Physically but most importantly mentally, What this Group does for people is literally life changing and I recommend to everybody and everyone old or young it makes no difference because between them all the knowledge they have is second to none and have all bases covered. I’m fortunate to have Reece as my coach and not only is he a fantastic coach but will be a life long friend outta it because he has altered my life completely and I will forever be grateful !!!"

"Sam Shorthall Coaching has been a game-changer for me. The online check-ins kept me accountable and on track, which made a huge difference. The diet plan was super easy to follow, and the training programme—while challenging—was totally achievable with consistent effort. Sam creates a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely motivated. I couldn’t recommend him enough!"

"I have been working with the team at limitless coaching for the last 3 months now and it has been a fanastic experience. I have never been as consistent in the gym as I am currently and I have seen the rewards on physically, mentally and on the scales. It is down to the positive support and accountability that is offered. I would 100% recommend getting on board!"

"I’ve been training with the Limitless Team for the last 10months and I’ve just signed back up again. Ryan’s always on hand to answer any questions and to keep you motivated. Loving every minute and have seen serious results each week since I started. Really enjoyable training and food plan that factors in social events / nights out, never hungry and not restricted in any way. Can’t recommend enough!"

"I have worked with two limitless coaches over the past year. They are honestly the best in the business, it's something I think I will continue well into the future. As a business owner myself I found the nutritional, health & training information second to none with a strong emphasis on keeping you on track towards your goals what ever they might be. I've worked with a few different trainers over the years and I can honestly say they are phenomenal. I have found anyone I've engaged in limitless to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. Couldn't recommend them enough."

"Limitless well it’s in the name the coaches there make you realise there are no limits to what the human body and mind can achieve, I started 4-1/2 months ago 100 kg I’m now 85.7 it’s changed my life how I look feel and how fit I’ve got! I work a lot of hours abroad but the lads are constantly giving me guidance throughout with my food plan and my training and they touch base everyday which is amazing, I know I’ll achieve even more in my next 5 months and I can’t wait to do so!! I’d strongly recommend theses lads you will see some serious results"

"I was coached by Sam for 6 months. I needed to retrain my mindset around nutrition, exercise and feeling like no matter what I did nothing was working. Writing this review 6 months after I finished with Sam I am a completely different person. Sam gave me the tools to continue taking care of my health for life. I have a structured way of eating now where I know how to fuel my body. No more crashing and bingeing, just steady focus! Sam made my program very easy to understand and most of all something I can continue with for the rest of my life. I now love training in the gym too , getting out into the fresh air. I was very stuck before. If you want to see real results this man knows his stuff. He will get you to your goal whatever that may be."

"Sam is second to none puts in serious amount of work I’ve fallen off the wheel a couple times little slip ups but he makes sure to check in on you and make sure your back making the correct decisions has a chat with you about what made you have a bad week if it’s got to do with the plan if there’s a good you stopped enjoying he’ll amend it if you stop enjoying a certain excercide in your workout he’ll change it for you this man has helped me lose over 97 pounds and helped me changed my whole perspective on life and fitness and healthy eating and lifestyle if your struggling invest in yourself by getting a coach as good as Sam 🔥🔥"

"An amazing programme that changed my life! The dedication, passion and commitment from of each of the Limitless coaches makes you feel like you’re part of a family, where everyone has your best interests at heart. Finally losing weight in a manageable, sustainable and healthy way, that suits my lifestyle. The plan is tailored specifically to my food preferences, job, social life etc. I haven’t stepped foot in a gym once and I’m eating nice food and still enjoying a wine! Would highly recommend :)"

Ryan has made this lifestyle change worked around my busy life with 2 kids, work & many life events over the last 3 months.
