"Usually, I would write a longer review, but this one will be shorter one. It’s basically the same as many other smaller providers, it does provide nothing special, and in fact, does some things worse than the others. Performance: Incredibly bad. As user of their VDS, with up to 16 cores, I felt pretty limited in terms what I can do. It did not feel like those cores are truly “dedicated” to my server. In fact, you do not get “guaranteed” cores, but rather semi-guaranteed thread (logical core) to play around with. Running game servers (like Minecraft) is possible, however do not expect much from it. Even a server with 1 player was at around 19.9tps, which is not ideal, especially if you’re planning on running newer versions of the same game (I did only test 1.8) or any other more intensive one. I expected more from this Epyc cpu... Download and upload speeds are decent but not groundbreaking. Both are around 420Mbit/s... Network connectivity is great, but kind of expected from FirstColo based hosting. In fact, if ping is the main focus for you, this hosting has the best one in Europe right now. If they did anything truly great, than that’s their network peering. DDoS protection: it’s also decent, nothing special. It effectively blocked ddos attacks I had, but also blocked me more than 40 times from accessing my web panel and blocked a few users from accessing my server for a few minutes, not to mention it blocked my older server when I tried moving files over with scp. If you’re fine with that amount of false positives, than their protection is a right choice for you. Webpanel: nothing special, again, decent. I’d like to mention a great feature it has for automatic installation of game servers, but would additionally like to mention the fact it is glitchy, sidebar is having some issues, their ddos shield can sometimes block you from accessing it, ddos stats is not working and it’s of course German only as well as their PLESK. Have fun if you’re not from Germany!! Talking with support is like talking with a robot. Highly unprofessional and in some cases rude! I feel like I’m always talking with the same person as all my emails were replied by the owner himself and on tickets, you get reply from “living bots support team”.... they don’t even disclose their name! Like who the hell am I talking to? Maybe even a bot, who know... Reply times are decent tho. Prices are great, but for experience you’ll have, it kind of makes sense..."
