We do not evaluate or adjust for trading outcomes, nor for dissatisfaction with results that are otherwise valid and properly recorded. Adjustments are only considered in cases involving confirmed, widespread platform issues, verified via data-feed and platform-provider confirmation. The support on Discord is very active, which is a good sign. I hope to remain consistent to receive my first payment. As soon as I receive it, I will update this review. "System error wiped $3,140 — Support sent same automated response 4 times I have been a Lucid customer with 13 accounts purchased. What happened to me recently is something every trader should know about. What happened: On June 9th I purchased evaluation account LFE050-89U17YCU-TEST011. On June 11th at 9:49 AM I successfully upgraded it to funded account LFF050-1U9EN75X-PRO002. Three hours later I traded ES and made $3,140 in profits. Shortly after, I received a Self-Hedge Violation notice and all profits were wiped. The proof that this was a system error: Lucid’s own system log shows: • The alleged hedging occurred at 13:00 — exactly 3 hours and 11 minutes AFTER my upgrade was completed • Their log lists both accounts: TEST011 and PRO002 • TEST011 should have been automatically closed upon upgrade at 9:49 AM • It was never closed — and their system flagged it as active hedging 3 hours later This is documented in Lucid’s own order history and support logs. The evidence did not come from me — it came from their own system. What support did: I sent 4 detailed messages with screenshots from their own system proving the error. Every single time, I received the exact same automated response without any human review of the evidence. The result: • $3,140 in legitimate profits wiped • Account locked and untradeable for 5+ days due to a technical error caused by their enforcement action • Zero accountability from support I am not saying Lucid is a bad firm overall. Payouts are fast and the structure is good. But when their own system makes an error that costs a trader $3,140 — and support refuses to even read the evidence — that is a serious problem every trader deserves to know about. The consistency requirement felt overly restrictive and was not as straightforward as expected. After several trading days, my account was marked as breached, which was extremely frustrating. I believe traders should be given clearer guidance and more transparency regarding how consistency is calculated. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with the evaluation process and would not purchase another challenge.""

"Extremely disappointing experience. When I purchased my challenge account, Uzbekistan was not listed as a restricted country. I spent my time, effort, and money completing the challenge under the understanding that I was an eligible customer. Only later did I discover that Uzbekistan had been added to the restricted countries list. At no point did I receive an email, notification, or any direct communication informing me of this important policy change. Customers who have already purchased accounts and invested significant time should not have to discover such changes on their own. The most frustrating part is the uncertainty and lack of transparency. Traders dedicate weeks or even months to passing these evaluations. To potentially become ineligible after purchasing and completing a challenge due to a policy change that was never clearly communicated feels unfair and disrespectful to customers. I would have appreciated proactive communication, clear guidance for existing customers, and a fair resolution for those affected by the change.
