"So I am updating my review today because of the horrendous communication from these people! I go on the website this morning to pay off my current loan and then go through the new application to find out I can't submit my banking information. I call and speak to someone in customer service. I am then told that magical credit is no longer offering loans to residents of alberta. My jaw dropped as I realized I was just screwed over on the money I sent. Magical credit NEVER sent out any notifications to me via email or text stating these changes. I am now out $171.00 because magical credit once again changed policies without notifying clients. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"
