"I had two previous calls with one of Mark's people. Had a 3rd call scheduled. The day before the call was scheduled I responded to one of Marks ads to have the Bit Coin Guide emailed to me. I got a response in an email but no guide. I also recieved a txt that I didn't respond to. I recieved several other emails that said the guide was coming. I never recieved it. I decided to respond to the txt. I then proceded to have a conversation with what I thought was a person. I was trying to get additional information from another point of view before I had my phone call that was scheduled for several hours later. I asked some specific questions that I felt were evaded. I stated that the conversation was pointless since I was not getting information that I wanted. I was then asked to make appointment with the person texting me. I stated previously to this person that I already had an appointment for later that day. I then recieved a txt from the member of Mark's team that I was scheduled for a call with later that day. He informed me that I was talking with an AI bot. He also stated I would get the Retire with Bitcoin Guide ASAP, which I was suspost to have revied by email earlier. I never recieved the guide ever. I was furious and asked how it happened that I was talking with an AI bot and was not informed that I was not conversing with a human. I voiced my extreme displeasure that this situation occurred and I felt decieved and violated. I then canceled my call that was scheduled with him later. I did not get a response from him. But I did get multiple responses from the bot, apologizing and saying it is not how the staff normally acts and they hold themselves to a higher standard and I would be removed from their list. I then recieved several more emails stating that I had an appointment scheduled at the same time as the one I had just canceled, but the call was scheduled with a different person. I took the call when it came so I could voice my extreme displeasure, and there was no one on the other end. Imagine that. I was then txted again by the bot which stated I would be removed from the system again etc. I sent a txt to the original person who I was initially to have the call with stating the complete failure of what had happened and I recieved no response. I genuinely enjoy watching Mark's videos and feel they are very informative, BUT, the staff that makes the initial calls are horrible and don't really appear to know what is going on and give a person very little information. It reminded me of going to a shady car dealership. I have know idea if Mark's program is legit or not but the people on the front line are atrocious. This situation made Mark's program look like an unprofessional scam with a bunch idiots trying to sell something they knew nothing about. It put their credibility right in the toilet. I couldn't imagine giving these clowns any money and not expecting not to get screwed."

"I asked twice to be unsubscribed and they still kept billing This is a rort the portfolio is down at least 30 % over 18 months some positions 90% down and they still have a buy rating on them They also change the reference dates to try and make it look better I lost until I realised these guys have no idea just betting on bitcoin treasury companies some people must have lost a fortune A complete lack of care that's why it is a yearly subscription not monthly Isn't it interesting that most of the good reviews were all written on the same day so everyone decided to get up and write a good review on the same day Go elsewhere"
